Customer service is horrible here… but I love this store cuz they have everything I need for painting and drawing. Everything is fairly priced as well. :)

I didn’t have the same experience the other customers did, the staff was very friendly, the reason I gave three stars is the store was very cluttered and messy. It seemed like they needed more space and maybe a revamp on organization. The area surrounding this Michaels is a little scary, but the store itself had what I needed.

just went there today… horrible. just like the person below me they never said a word to me or told me my total! seriously who does that! they never greeted me and just acted like they were miserable. They should be fired. Clean house and get some cheerful workers it’s a craft store for goodness sake!

If there weren’t certain items that I occasionally need that only Michaels sells, I would not go there. The store is always a mess, they don’t keep their shelves stocked and sometimes even go weeks or months without restocking items, even though they have them in back. On my last trip there I needed a certain item that had not been on the shelves for about 4 weeks. I asked a clerk on one of my previous trips, and she said she needed the sku number, not the color code which I had, in order to tell me if they had the item or not. So this time I came prepared with the sku number and the color code, and the girl told me the sku number didn’t work but that the color code showed they had 43 of the item in stock. I told her I had just checked the shelf, the only thing there was an empty container with the color code label on it. She kept repeating that they had 43 in stock, and when I asked if she could have someone check in back or restock the shelf, she just repeated again that they showed 43 in stock and it should be on the shelf. Then she basically ignored me and moved on to the lady in line behind me. If you don’t mind being treated as a nuisance and an inconvenience, then go ahead and shop here. Otherwise I’d recommend checking out Beverly’s for your craft supplies.
