I love dropping by to pick up a delicious salad here on my lunch break. I am a huge fan of the Chicken Souvlaki as a salad bowl. Best Tzatziki ever!!!

This is a real jewel in downtown ! Delicious creative sandwiches and soups, all fresh made with a nice seating area upstairs to relax and enjoy. The lamb wrap and other wraps come with a delicious salad inside and there are gluten free options. There are two soups daily. The pricing is excellent and at lunch time this place is busy so consider calling an order in ahead of time if you want to eat at noon. You can also grab an espresso, really nice Chai tea latte, or take your food to go.

Listen to the locals. Directed here by a local vendor, this place rocks. Quick counter service with great options for salad, wraps and sammies. Whatever the soups are, get one. The Veggie Pannino is awesome as well.

Stumbled upon this place when in need of a coffee in Santa Fe. Ordered a cappuccino and my traveling mate ordered a latte. The capuch seemed to take an in-ordinately long time to make. I commented to my mate«if I owned this place I wouldn’t be thrilled at the through put.» Then I was handed the results. The time dimension was not due to dawdling. It was due to craft. Excellent job ladies of Beestro. So worth the minor wait that I couldn’t put a top on that beautiful foamy top. So good I hauled by family back for breakfast the next day. Food = as good as that cappuccino. This is not elevated fare but it is very good. Delicious in fact.

I came here probably 2 months ago on a whim and a lil hungry. I was craving a turkey sandwich. A delicious turkey sandwich is astonishingly hard to come by in this town. They had this sandwich called«the Rachel» with turkey and coleslaw. I was initially put off by the rye bread and mayo color of the inside… just wanted a plain turkey sandwich… But fine! My life was never the same after the first bite. Since that day I have been thinking of Rachel on a daily basis. I’ve truly never had such strong feelings about a sandwich. Last night I seriously DREAMT about it. This morning a took my life back into my own hands and I’m happy to report im currently eating this glorious sandwich while looking out at the snowy streets. Thank you beestro. I love you Rachel.

Our quick drive through Santa Fe brought us here… I had the Achiote Chicken panini — fiery and sweet! Has a pineapple slaw that’s the perfect condiment for the hatch green Chile chicken. Highly recommend!

Grounded little sandwich shop. Ok panini palace. I liked the place and the Mushroom soup was delish. But the Paninis are so small. If they were bigger I’d give them four stars. Good to grab a bite while touring downtown Santa Fe

I’d been by here before and had a cup of soup and I’ve been wanting to return for a sandwich. So last week I skate downtown for lunch and I do it jimmy! I ordered the Dutch Chicken sandwich with a cup of coconut curry soup and some tater chips, the combo. It was delicious. The which had apples and some delicious cheese and their soups are on point so far. The spot though, it’s a whole in the wall. I don’t even think they have a kitchen, probably an off site commercial kitchen and they grill em on site and keep the soup hot. There’s an upstairs room if you wanna dine in, one table downstairs and some benches outside, literally a walk up place. This is a hot spot for locals wanting quality lunch at a not so Santa Fe price, check it out.

Made a quick stop here to get out of a summer rainstorm. I grabbed an iced Americano and a free cookie(courtesy of Unilocal). The coffee tasted great, as did the cookie. The folks behind the counter encouraged me to stop by for lunch, which I will probably do once I find myself in this neck of the woods again.

Delicious Buffalo Frito Pie, awesome customer service and a great little spot off the plaza. The Chef(didn’t get his name) was out front helping with orders and chatting it up with customers. Highly recommended. Get a cookie on the way out.

Great place. The Mocha Latte was great. 4 shots normal, I got a 5th :) I also picked up a cookie, nice and fresh. It’s a little tight down stairs, so expect to get cozy with other patrons, but the ladies are cute, so it’s not too bad! I didn’t have any sandwiches, but they prepare them right there and the ingredients looked fresh.

My favorite place for something healthy in Santa Fe. My first several meals were surprisingly fattening and greasy. Glad to find Beestro. I got the ahi tuna salad and it was perfect in terms of size, big enough for a lunch. The bread was also warm and fresh too. Can’t wait to try the crêpe next time.

My new favorite escape from traditional New Mexican fare! At the time of this review, I’ve lived in Santa Fe for almost five years. I’m a California native, raised in Oregon, with a distinct west-coast palate. While I can be adventurous and do appreciate regional flair, I must admit the ceaseless parade of red and green chile in everything becomes tiresome. So when I stumbled across this crêperie a few short blocks from the Plaza, I thought, why not? It was just after 5PM so The Beestro had just opened for dinner. Turns out I was in for a treat. During the day The Beestro is a walk-up, take-out only breakfast & lunch style eatery. In the evening, they pull out all the stops… There is a more formal dining area open upstairs, drawing you in with courteous wait staff, soft French music and a distinct romantic ambience I’ve only experienced before in two places: Manhattan, and Paris. It just gets better: the menu is quite different from their breakfast and lunch. Each item sounded tantalizingly unique! I started with the French Onion Soup, and a Scottish hard cider. The soup was divine! Perfectly prepared. The waitress assured me it was the best in Santa Fe; I believe it to be the best French Onion Soup I have ever had. My main course was a Spinach and Mushroom savory crêpe. This, too, was anything but plain. Finished with with a dollop of tzatziki sauce and fresh dill; the freshly-made Provençal tomato salsa served on the side was a surprisingly delicious complement. I was completely delighted and satisfied with my menu choices. I can’t wait to return! Bravo, The Beestro — dinners with you will now forever be most welcome escapes to delectable Parisian dining sophistication.

The Beestro is the favorite lunch place for the locals who work in the area. The food is delicious with clearly superior fresh ingredients. Yum! I happen to love that they are food allergy/intolerance friendly — diary-free, gluten-free, vegan etc. Working in the area I call ahead with my order as they publish the daily menu online. If you are planning on getting there much after the 12 – 1 lunch hour it is wise to do so as they can be very picked clean by the hoards of hungry people. I once got there at 2:30pm and only had a spicy split pea soup to choose from in the dairy free department. It was, however, completely delicious so I wasn’t that upset at all. I do have a goal of trying the dinner crepes and was given a coupon by the lovely owner one day. I have yet to be upstairs and it’s on my list of to-dos. And that’s the other thing about Beestro, all the staff I’ve met have been great and even completely tolerant of my hurriedly picking up breakfast and lunch early before work and dashing off. Really great place!

A ham and cheese sandwich with one layer of ham and one of cheese. Nice taste. A hint of horseradish. Salmon salad with very varied greens. More than enough salmon. Dressing couldnl have been more vinegary. Small ordering section downstairs and barebone but warm do it yourself tables upstairs. P. S. Don’t expect the free cookie. My location could not be identified even though I was sitting in the restaurant. l

The crepes! Cojeta crêpe was drowned in gooey caramel goodness and the toasted Pinons add just the right amount of crunch. Tangy fresh strawberries were folded in with cream in the strawberries and cream crêpe which was just as good. Their vanilla bean ice cream perfectly complements the chewy crepes. Service was spot on though food took it’s own sweet time to arrive. However, it was worth the wait. If I ever go back to Santa Fe, this place will be on my list, if it’s not the reason to go back to Santa Fe in the first place!
