This Starbucks has the least caffeinated employees you’ll ever meet. It is incredibly slow, busy or not, and the employees look like they could fall asleep. They aren’t rude, just not friendly and upbeat like you see at Starbucks in every other state/​country. I have yet to go there to get an iced green tea where it didn’t take at least 10 minutes, and no joke, thats with no one else in line. The one on Cerrillos is slightly better, but still way under caffeinated.

Drive through can present difficulty. If you are driving south on Cerrillos there isn’t a problem because you can just turn right. If you are driving north, turn left onto Zafarano and right into the drive thru. But if you are coming east on Zafarano, you can’t get to the entrance without going back into Cerrillos and making a u turn… Cerillos is a very busy highway and it can be dangerous,

I am so disappointed in my drink today! I ordered a grande soy cinnamon dolce latte and opened it to take a drink of the whip cream and it was at least 2 ½ inches from the top! Seriously?!? I ordered a grande NOT a tall! Thanks for gipping me Starbucks! So annoyed!!! Not happy! Check your drink to make sure it’s filled up before you drive away…

Yes! They have no bananas! At this drive-​thru.
But they do have a tall Pike Place, two croissants and a water, which is what I ordered. And the service was quick. And did you know there is another SB across the street? No? Yes!

Right by the Regal 14 and they have a drive thru! If you’re planning to stay, hopefully you’ll get a seat… by that I mean there isn’t a strong chance that you’ll snag one of the few tables and chairs!
