What a great experience. I needed someone to inspect, clean up and just give a checkup to my 10 year old air-conditioning system. Roadrunner sent Tim McKinley, and he was such a big help. He was speedy, yet thorough — and explained things so that I knew what was going on and completed the service in an hour. It was, by far, the best experience I’ve had with any service call I’ve had at my home. I’d definitely recommend using roadrunner, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Tim.

We’ve used Roadrunner for 2 plumbing/heating repairs and had excellent results. Have come exactly when scheduled and been very friendly. Rate of almost $ 100/hr seems very high to me, but probably «normal» for Santa Fe at this time.

Needed a ductless system. Called for an estimate. Eric Sigler came out on time, was knowledgeable and was quick to get our system in place. He has been very prompt to return calls and train us on the proper use of our system. I have already referred him to friends in Santa Fe. In a town where «mañana» is the work ethic, Eric was a great find! I would highly recommend!

Disappointed is a word I would use to describe my brief experience with Roadrunner AC.
If there is one thing I cannot abide, it’s having my time wasted. So when I called to set up an appointment with two days advance, took the day off to meet the technician and then was stood up without even so much as a phone call to alert me no one would be coming, I was… disappointed. I called their office and was met with a lackadaisical «oh, I think he locked his keys in the truck, I will call him and have him call you in twenty minutes.» That phone call never happened. A phone call a day later to apologize or at least explain why nobody showed up never happened. Disappointed to say the least.
