The brioche and ricotta pancakes are delicious, really! It’s heaven if you are GF. You can take out the breads they make or eat there. They have a few tables. Everything I tried was first quality, fresh and tasty. The décor is basic but the staff friendly and helpful. They have samples to try. You can purchase half of the breads and they slice them. I freeze some and they are still very good.

Went here after seeing a Unilocal deal that was too good to pass — $ 30 of food for $ 15. Got myself some French Toast while I waited for a to-go sandwiches to be made. The French Toast was solid and out within minutes. Reheated the chickpea slider for dinner, it was good though a bit bland — threw some sauces on it. Still have the other portobello sandwich sitting for lunch tomorrow. Three meals for $ 15 of this quality is a steal. Even without the deal, still good food for a decent price.

I happened to be wandering around downtown Albuquerque one day when I stumbled across this stall at the local Growers Market. I’m sure I gorged myself on free samples before deciding on a loaf of mock-rye and a half-loaf of cinnamon raisin. Both were truly amazing in taste AND texture. The savory mock-rye(also vegan) was full of caraway seeds and the cinnamon raisin loaf was a dream straight out of my childhood. But oh, the texture! So chewy and moist. It didn’t even need to be toasted. I COULDNOTBELIEVEITWASGLUTEN-FREE. That’s how good it was. Sadly, I don’t live in New Mexico. Otherwise, I would have more than bread to write about(Vegan Reuben? What?!). But if you’re in the area(dietary restrictions or not) this place is definitely worth a visit. As for me, I’ll be drooling on my pillow until we meet again.

Ahmazing. A little on the pricey side but if you’ve got allergies you’re probably used to that. Had a great breakfast burrito and coffee and I’m sitting here staring at the other items available trying to decide what to take with me.

This place is ridiculously good! Best gluten-free vegan bread I’ve ever had. I had the vegan ruben which was served on their buckwheat quinoa bread(seriously so soft and actually holds together like normal bread!!!). It was heaven. I never wanted it to end. Super Matcha Latte was great as well. Staff was nice and friendly too! Completely recommended over any place in Santa Fe!!!

Wonderful café! And great staff! So many options and the staff walked me through all of them, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Ended up going with the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberries and a super matcha latte, everything was delicious! Highly recommend coming early if you want specific loafs of bread. Amazing vegan options too!!! Love this place!

So… the, «free boule,» is BTGO, which would cost $ 16. And the $ 30 for $ 15 offer is pre-purchased on your smart phone, which wasn’t clear and held up the line. Also, not a gift card(redeemable immediately), so no fresh pastry for tomorrow. Thankfully, the staff was cool about it all. The flavor was good, even for my husband, who’s not vegan or gluten-free. Quick turn over, and decent variety of allergy-friendly options. All in all, a good brunch option.

Omg, so glad I finally made it to Revolution! When life punches you in the nads, and you have to go GF you often find yourself saying, «well, for GF it’s okay,» and rarely, «for GF it’s pretty good.» When I got home and made my vegan/gf boule toast I was able to say«holy cow! This is good!»…not good for gf, just plain GOOD! Dang good, in fact. I also partook of a gf/vegan brownie while I was there; also quite tasty! Can’t wait to get back to Santa fe! Also, friendly, Awesome staff. I didn’t have time for breakfast, but the menu looked great, and the smells coming from the kitchen were quite enticing.

VEGANEATERSHERE. Revolution Bakery is actually revolutionary!!! Not only us everything gluten free, it’s GREAT! Not usual. They have all their flours milled for them and it’s a very wide range. They have a huge selection of pastries, rolls, sweets and loaves of breads that you don’t have to be gluten free to appreciate. Vegan selections are similarly extensive including pancakes, Rubens. Such a brave enterprise on so many levels.

We are a celiac sensitive family. 100% gluten free. Amazing can’t even sum it up! Completely exceeded our expectation and we even researched it in advance. Best gluten free bread we have ever had. Diagnosed since 2007. They will ship. I can see ordering for special occasions from out of state. Recommend going with others so everyone can order different items and share. Be ready to be amazed!

The food here is great, if it could only be purchased. As living in Albuquerque makes going to Revolution often challenging myself and my family look forward to getting something from the at the weekly Railyards market. That was the case today when I went to the market to simply get a pastry and coffee before a day of hiking. When I attempted to buy a pastry at 10:05, 5 minutes after the market opened, I was told that there was not enough change in the box to break a 20. After expressing my disappointment to the gentleman selling the pastries, he told me I should bring more change next time. Wait, it is the burden of the customer to provide change? Had he been more friendly, I certainly could have gotten my coffee first and returned for the pastry with better change. In short, good food served with an attitude. Back to getting my baked goods from The CoOp where I’ve never been turned down for having cash.

Amazing breads! The pepper boule and rye were one of a kind, really happy we got those. If you have celiacs, and just traveling through or live in the area, you have to stop by and get as many loaves as you can carry! The bread was so good, I am plotting how to get a box shipped to California. I wasn’t as big of a fan of the sweet treats — very good, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for those.

Good coffee, good matcha latte(w/coconut milk); The Mr. had the fluffy, giant slice of veggie quiche which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the spiced pear scone, also delicious. Friendly service, even as a morning line was forming. Samples available for the various bread loaves. Yay for 100% Gluten free bakeries!

Stopped in on the last day of my visit to Santa Fe and I’m so glad I did! The staff courteously managed both customers and phone calls and I was grateful to have some delicious samples while I made my selections. I brought some day old bread for the road which, I must say, has been excellent paired with some jam, as well as a fresh Multigrain loaf, a peach scone, the BEST Muffin I’ve ever had in my life, and a rather delicious Americano. Obviously the hours aren’t ideal, but it’s worth it to find the time to visit. I’ll definitely be stopping here regularly when I travel through Santa Fe!

Had a turkey sandwich with pesto on multi grain bread for lunch. This may be THE best GF sandwich bread I’ve ever tasted: perfect texture, great taste, and it held up to the sandwich ingredients. I also had a lemon bar for dessert: creamy lemon custard atop a buttery crust. Delicious.(Had it been a blind taste test, I wouldn’t have been able to tell the bar was GF.) If you are gluten allergic, you have to check this place out. These friendly folks are amazing at what they do.

As a disclaimer, the gluten free fad, seemingly oriented toward empty-brained New-Agey types, is a pet peeve of mine. If you don’t have celiac disease or a gluten allergy/gluten sensitivity, don’t make your life, and the lives of others, more difficult and expensive by attempting to completely cut out gluten. Now that I’m off my soapbox, I’ll say that this is a great place for not only gluten-free options, but vegetarian, vegan, soy-free, and dairy-free options, if this is necessary or preferred. In addition to being good for those with dietary restrictions, the food tastes good; it’s not just good…“for a place that’s gluten free.” Whoever is in charge of the recipes really knows how to take advantage of the tastes and textures of different flour types. I’ve had a scone from here, as well as the«deep dish» pizza. The scone was solid, and the pizza tasted good, although it was nothing like Chicago-style deep dish. It was more like a really really tasty and moist thick piece of bread that had a little bit of a grainy texture with pizza toppings on it(good pesto, goat cheese, and tomatoes in my case). I also really like that I can order a ginger matcha tea latte here, although I wish that drinks here came in more sizes, rather than just large, since I usually prefer 8 – 12 oz beverages. Like the flour types, this place has every type of milk you’d want(dairy, soy, almond, rice, coconut, and flax). The prices are a little bit more expensive, but considering that everything is made fresh daily, and ingredient costs are higher since this is a specialized bakery, they’re not unreasonable. The ambience is no frills with metal tables and chairs. It is also bus your own dishes. It’s sparse is a charming loft-ish way, at least to me. I wish this place were open later, as its not practical for me to go here unless it’s a day off or Saturday, since they close at 2pm.

STOP!!! If you are cilliac, gluten intolerant, or just prefer gluten free food, you MUST stop at Revolution Bakery in Santa Fe, NM. This little shop just off of Cerrillos Rd is 100% gluten free and most items can be vegan as well. The amazing part is that you would never know it! The breads are soft and moist, the muffins deliciously fluffy, and scones taste like they came direct from Café du Monde. Just serving GF pastries would be amazing enough but this joint takes it to the next level offering quiche, home made granola, home made yogurt, pancakes, a full line of sandwiches and a full coffee and espresso bar. This little bakery is absolutely perfect for the gluten averse or anyone else that loves delicious food!
