EXTREMELYOVERPRICED! The pizza is fine, maybe a tad on the greasy side, but otherwise tasty enough. The problem is a large 1 topping pizza is going to run you about $ 20! Outrageous! I’ve had truly awesome pizza in other parts of the country that didn’t cost half as much. There aren’t many restaurants in Eldorado, so I suspect they’re price gouging. Okay pizza aside, my wallet doesn’t like getting raped! Screw this place. Just go buy a DiGiorno from the supermarket in the same shopping center… similar taste and you’ll save like $ 15!

Calling all salt addicts, this is place for you!!! Lets just ignore the reality that any restaurant that serves overly salty food is covering up inferior product. As salty as Pizza Centro’s pizza is, they may well be using expired ingredients secured off the back of a garbage truck. Only good thing to say about this joint is that it does highlight the business opportunities in this market segment. One could even open a Little Caesar pizza outlet and not only rake in the money, but drive Pizza Centro out of business within weeks. Do not be taken — trust me, it is well worth the extra time in the car to drive into Santa Fe and pickup a real pizza than subjecting yourself and your family to this inferior«pizza.»

I bought a single piece recently as a trial, It had been sitting for a while before heating it for me, as I had errands in the Design Center. The crust is thicker than I like, somewhere between New York and Chicago styles. Not bad, but not great. I’ll give them another chance.

Best vegetarian pizza ever! I’m sure the other pizzas are great too, but this was my first visit and the Alphabet Pizza(vegetarian) was excellent. The restaurant only has four tables and does not sell alcoholic beverages. We ate our pizza there, but they seem to do more of a take out business.

Delicious! Be prepared to spend some $$ but worth every penny. They have a wide selection of toppings and specialty pizzas. Their pizza comes very close to NY pizza and comes in 3 different sizes and a gluten free option. Only option in Eldo but so glad it’s great!

Very, very delicious! It’s pricey, but the Chelsea and Little Italy were worth the price.

I’ve been here a few times. A couple times last year and just now. The same thing has happened. They seem to be out of whatever I order. I order a slice. Can’t do that cause they would have to make a whole pizza. It is a pizza place. Make a pizza or don’t have slices on menu. Since they couldn’t do that I ordered a Ranch salad. Oh can’t do that out of Ranch! WHAT?! What kind of pizza place is out of Ranch dressing. Anyways ordered a Caesar salad for 8 dollars. All it was, was lettuce and a little but of Parmesan cheese. It comes with breadsticks which are really really good! The guy at the counter was super friendly. But those same 2 older Hispanic ladies in the back who make the food seem to hate their job and their life. And it reflects it when they speak. They always seem to be grumpy and don’t care about the customer at all. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because the food isn’t that bad but the price and the 2 ladies are awful! Restock, rehire, or shut it down. Disappointed yet again.

This place has really decent Gluten Free pizza. However, it is a bit pricey. The also make calzones and everything is cooked to order. There isn’t a lot of space inside to stay and eat so plan on getting it to go. The service was friendly and it took about 25 min for our pizza to be ready. If you’re in the area give it a go!

Very good pizza. Just like I used to have in Italy! Fresh from the oven, thin crust, great cheese. Simply good food! Thanks, Pizza Centro!

Awesome love this place. Fast great food and service. Quality ingredients and pizza. I order here at least once per week. Always ready when I get there, usually 10 – 15 min even for Ex Large They don’t skimp on toppings. They are not open on mon and tue.

Very good local pizza. I’m glad they came in and replaced the generic pizza with a really decent, more New York-like pizza place. Ingredients always make for a great pie. I think I would like it best if they had a nice Margarita offering on the menu but no worries, they will make you one of you want that. If in Eldorado go for some Pizza Centro!
