I’ve been chomping at the bit for the new OmegaMart opening here in Santa Fe, so since tonight was the grand opening, I went directly after work and was not disappointed! First off, there was a huge crowd of 20 and 30-something people outside, so I knew that OmegaMart would be carrying products that I would be interested in. I was greeted upon entry by THREE smiling employees and I thought to myself, «Self, these are the type of employees I’d hire at my business!» Very helpful. The third employee, I’ll call him John Doe took it upon himself to give me a guided tour of the new store. such a helpful young man, albeit a little scruffy looking. I thought about calling his manager and reporting him for not wearing the employee uniform, but his helpfulness won me over. He might take some time to be more presentable and shave though… I really liked the helpful videos showcasing some of the products being sold and the bright colors of the entire store. OmegaMart puts Wal-Mart to SHAME! And last but not least, there was a bunch of free sample products for everyone to try! Just like Whole Foods, but BETTER! I can firmly say, Make Mine OmegaMart! I’ll be back and I’ll bring friends!
