Jeff is just plainly AMAZING! He made sure we took our time in choosing the right mattress for us. He was kind, patient, and super nice! We will be recommending him to everyone! Oh and the prices were great!

I went into Mattress Firm not even knowing what I wanted. Karina the salesperson there was extremely helpful. She basically explained the DIFFERAnt types of mattresses which enabled my husband and I able to make the correct selection. We’ve been sleeping in our mattress now for several months and are sleeping great. They also give you a 100 day comfort guarantee which eased out minds. Great product, service and easy!

This has nothing to do with the company, its products, or its environment. Instead it has to do with the woman that was hired to make the customer feel comfortable when purchasing. My wife and I found it by chance and thought, «Lets take a look». We didn’t need anything in particular, however a new bed would be nice. The moment we walked in the woman said in a very stern voice, How can I help you? Okay, that is common, perhaps not so rudely but I let that slide. When our response was that we didn’t know and were just looking around she said, «For what in particular?» «I dont know» I exclaimed, which seemed to send her over the edge. Very rudely she said, do you need soft or hard or this or that? The list was flying by me and I just went in there to look. I work in retail myself, and know that some companies focus on aggressive sales, however she made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome so we spent our money elsewhere. Which was a bummer because they had some very nice items in the store, I just didnt want to give my business to her.

Been looking for a decent mattress for months. Jeff extremely helpful. Bought a Tempur-​Pedic from this guy. He dispelled a few myths I had about these beds and actually I learned quite a bit from him about the merchandise in the store so we could make an educated decision. He called around so we could get it delivered before we had company for the holidays — really this guy went out of his way for us and knew more than the others we had spoken to in town. Great bed. If you’re going to spend any amount of money you want to feel confident about a perchase and have a good sense that the saleperson knows your needs and isn’t just trying to make a quick buck. He was patient and knowledgeable. Nice place not far from Best Buy on Zafarano.

I just moved to town and needed a King mattress fast. Jeff at Mattress Firm was extremely helpful and ensured I got the mattress delivered the next day at an excellent price — far better than online or nearby retailers. The delivery guys set up the mattress and box spring, and carried the other mattress to storage in my garage. The following week I picked up a frame from Mattress Firm, and when I couldn’t figure out how to set up the bed frame, Jeff came to the house to set it up! They go above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend the store and Jeff, the salesman.
