I went into the GoLite store here in Santa Fe to return a down jacket that has a funky zipper. I spoke to the Store Manager who immediately was irritated. I was past their one month return policy. After I explained to him that I had been having trouble with the zipper he told me there was NOTHING he could do for me, and that there was nothing wrong with the zipper. He was not the one trying to zip it up at 10,000 feet. He was short with me and rude. I bought the jacket excited by the idea it was lite weight and warm. The zipper needs to work and it needs to work every time and not after 10 times of trying to get it to work. I actually use the outdoor gear I buy and the return policy of 1 month seems insane. I will never buy or recommend a GoLite product again.
