This was very authentic but not the best ! The restaurant was empty for a Saturday night, so that should have been our first clue! The chips were hard and tasteless but the guacamole was delicious! Staff was very nice! Enchiladas were so spicy but good! It was good food but again not great!!!

A typical small hole in the wall place, with mostly Spanish-speaking(but friendly) staff and a menu only in Spanish. Not much guidance on what to order. The food choices(mine was a complex shrimp taco meal with beans and a boring rice side). The food was good, the portions adequate. The salsa bar was a welcome addition. Prices were fair. In all, a solid choice for fairly typical mex fare.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in town. Everything is so on point. Authentic, delicious. Keep doing what you are doing!

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, Juarez style, then look no longer! They have authentic delicious foods such as gorditas, flautas, tortas, etc. Their prices are extremely affordable. Their taco menu is pretty extensive: buche, cabeza, barbacoa among many others. They are missing tongue and tripas. They have a great salsa/chile bar with different chiles and salsas, including creamy guacamole. They include complimentary chips and salsa. The décor could be a little better, but the service is attentive, quick and nice, and the food is great! They now serve beer so I might just go there more often. I love this little place and all their food.

The food here is authentic. So good!!! This a family tradition for us! Queso fundido is to die for. The goes it’s con mole are superb. Portions are MORE than enough. Great customer service, affordable prices! Food is fresh and beautiful. Don’t forget to try that salsa bar!

There are two Cosina de Dona Clara in Santa Fe, one in town and one out by the airport…. this is the one out by the airport. Food is good and authentic with a number of non Taco Bell selections. Slight mixup in my order. I ordered a cabeza torta and wound up with cabeza tacos… probably for the best as it was less filling. Dress them up with some salsa from the salsa station… where you can also get great peppers… and they are great. The pork was so flavorful that there was no doubt what you were eating. Dona Clara also serves beer. It was so cold and served in any icy glass that for the first few minutes I was drinking a beer slush puppy! I loved it and it was one of the best Mexican meals that I had in Santa Fe.
