This place seems very disorganized. It routinely takes an hour for new donors to be admitted for the initial screening. Over the phone as well as in person, staff give out highly inaccurate recommendations regarding the dietary restrictions to be followed prior to coming in to donate, so that a high percentage of prospective donors get turned away. Every staff member has a different story about diet and preparation prior to donating, and each version of the recommendations contradicts everyone else’s. Senior staff(the doctors) don’t care about the misinformation being given new donors, who end up being turned away. How hard could it be to get everyone on the same page? Could this be due to frequent staff turnover? It makes you wonder.

this place is top notch, highly professional. no ghetto people and you are treated with respect and thanked for you time and service. other places are horrendous in their treatment of you. I drive up from abq just to donate. yeah you get compensated, but it’s small remuneration for saving lives and being made to feel cared for. they have genuine concern for your wellbeing

This Donation center is Sterile and their testings such as computer questionnaires and blood hydration tests are very strict to ensure the health of the donating patient. I have donated to this Clinic many times and plan to visit again. Their payments to the donors are very nice and reasonable but donating to save lives is priceless.
