I have always had good results with fair prices. They are customer focused.

Strange little strip mall location, excellent service and professional results. I’ve had a sweater sleeve repaired, yoga pants shortened, and several pairs of pants tailored to fit including shortening the hems. They even hemmed a pair of blue jeans with the right color thread & the right type of fold so it looks like the original hem. A+.

I have had perfect results every time, from jammed zippers, replacement zippers, altered wedding dress. Next? I trust them enough to bring in a rug that needs sizing! Friendly service and done right.

I took a chance and went to a business in Santa Fe after swearing them off in favor of ABQ. I am very pleased that I gave this place a chance. The prices are VERY good, what a used to pay in Portland 8 years ago. The alterations were pretty decent, I only had a couple pairs of jeans hemmed. I am kind of spoiled by my alterations lady in Portland, who was some sort of sewing mastermind – you could never tell they hadn’t come from the store as is after she was done – but I would go back to Alterations and More again unless I had a pair of $ 200 dollar jeans I wanted to have the hem resewn on so you couldn’t tell they’d been altered. I definitely liked the woman alot who owns the business as well, good smile, good service… oh, and she got them to me a day early! I give her five stars for all of the above and highly recommend her. It looks like she may do some higher end tailoring as well, but I didn’t look into it.

I had a pair of designer jeans shortened. I am picky about where I go as I have had places go too short on them before, and it is so upsetting when you pay so much for a pair of good jeans. Anyways, they hemmed them perfectly, and were very reasonably priced at $ 10.50 for the alteration, what I would hope to pay!(Normally in Boston, I would have paid much more). Friendly, courteous, professional service.

I took a simple sleeveless knit jumper-type dress to be altered, the dress was brand new. The shoulder seams required taking in and I needed a hem which would only involve cutting about 8 inches from the bottom of the dress, no sewing for the hem. The quote was $ 18 for the shoulders and $ 18 to cut around the bottom. Needless to say, I decided to cut the bottom hem myself. When I returned to the shop to pick up the dress, I discovered the seamstress totally botched the shoulder seams. Ragged edges that stuck out and looked ridiculous were left with threads hanging. The cashier was rude and dismissed my complaint. I had to go home and sew down the shoulder edges in 8 places to keep them from looking like a 5-year-old messed with the dress. This shop does shoddy work and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Alterations & More is a definite AVOID.
