Scott Joly – Thunderbird Real Estate

In the fall of last year we enlisted Scott’s help to explore buying a house that went up for sale in our neighborhood. We had some available funds and thought it might be a great investment as a rental property, especially being so nearby, but we wanted an expert opinion.
Luckily Scott was patient and detailed-​oriented. It turned out the property had an obscure «for certain incomes only» designation that would’ve destroyed its value as a rental (government regulations are all Greek to me).
Too bad about that property, but we’ll definitely be seeking out Scott’s services again.

A twist of fate brought Scott together with us! We went to an open house that was cancelled, and decided to wander a bit in Seabright, which landed us into another open house, with the warmest and most genuine of welcomers at the door, Scott. We walked in, looked at the specs of the listing and realized it was just a one million dollar bungalow! Just a pinch out of our budget lol. However the best find that could have been found was the Realtor, Scott Joly, whom had such a warm and genuine feeling about him right off the bat, that we found ourselves, looking at one another and both saying well, we haven’t found our house yet, however have we just found our Realtor! Houses are a dime a dozen, incredible people are not. To add the sweetest icing to the cake, was the fact that Scott donates, 30% of his profits from the transaction to a Charity of Your Choice, and even provides local suggestions to get your wheels turning. Since then, he has impressively and consistently helped us search for our next home to love.
