We had an excellent experience with Paul. He worked with us during a very tough market, and after many months with nothing that met our criteria, a home emerged right in our «zone» and he alerted us right away (it had literally been months with NOTHING worth calling about), and did all the legwork to assure the seller got our offer first. He coached us on what might make our offer stand out in this competitive market, and sure enough, we were accepted despite several other very competitive offers! Really stellar job. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Long story, but owned a home in Soquel that my boys stayed in while attending college. When they left we rented it out, but live several hours away and it was difficult at best to be a diy rental agent from that far away! When it came time to sell, Paul helped us with our old renter eviction, put a better renter in place, then we waited for a great selling season. Paul made the transition from old renter to new renter, to qualified buyer and ultimately the sale a very smooth one! You couldn’t ask for a better Realtor! Thanks for your help, Paul!
