I have had several visits from Precision Door, the first to replace a broken spring, and the second to check the door alignment (after I accidentally raised it into a lighting fixture:-(. Each visit produced excellent results in a very short period of time. Both of the engineers that visited were very knowledgeable and personable. Most recently when Mike R. came out, he informed me of facts about my garage door that will be very useful with preserving the life of this door in years to come. I’ve needed this company’s services twice now and have been very impressed with them on both occasions. They promote themselves as a family-​owned business and so far they’ve lived up to all that promises. Both the people who answer the phones and the technicians who come out to do the work (Mike the first time, Hector the second) are professional and courteous, and the company has demonstrated to me that they stand behind their work. I’ve got their sticker on the wall next to my control pad so that I know whom to call once servicing is needed again in the future.

I’m a first-​time customer and I am so pleased and impressed by the service I received today from Cory Wikstrom. I woke up to a broken door this morning and he was a genius, a wizard, and my hero today! Here’s the story.
I had my Genie Pro installed by another outfit about 15 years ago and have been loyal to them ever since. They are really, really wonderful people, but they are not open on weekends.
So, today, early on a Sunday morning, I went to my garage to find that the door opened fine but then would not close. After trying the things I knew how to do to try and fix it, I found Precision online. I had no idea there was even such a thing as ²⁴⁄₇ garage door repair.
I think I called at about 9:15 and a very nice and professional young lady told me that someone could be out to my house from 11 – 1. And, she said, the technician would call me 15 minutes before his arrival.
Cory did call and arrived a few minutes before 11:00. He was so cheerful and nice, and got to work right away. In about 7 minutes, he diagnosed the problem as a loose wire inside the unit, and lickity-​split, he had the thing fixed and working beautifully. I couldn’t believe it. I was so happy, that is all I can say. Really, really, really fantastic. He was just so GOOD at finding the problem and then easily fixing it, 1−2−3. WONDERFUL. I was also very happy with the price — it was so much lower than what I was expecting.
Very soon we were both on our way, and I am a very happy customer. Thank you, Cory!

Precision Garage provided such a high quality professional service that I felt compelled to post a review so that other people can know what good work they do. My technician was Aramis. He was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough, polite and very knowledgable. Not only did he replace my broken motor but he pointed out the importance of having a secondary way of accessing my garage and made sure that I had that. I was so glad to have his advice and service.

Pat at Precision was great. I called precision because a friend backed up into my garage door. The door wouldn’t work right anymore and I wanted to get it fixed fast because I store my Lexus in the garage. I called in and I was put I touch with Pat who ends up being the owner. He sent out one of his best guys today, which is a Saturday. Miguel got the door working and even made an additional repair I didn’t know I needed. I got away for a few hundred bucks and I am stoked. No drawbacks, just good service for a fair price.
