Just ordered take out from this location and wish I could give it ZERO stars! First of all, the girl who took my order sounds like she was either drunk, high, or both. I could barely hear her on the phone and had to repeat my order to her 4 times. When the order was picked up, I’d specified 4 ranch sauces for my hot wings. Instead of 4 of anything, I got 2 buttery garlic sauces. Not cool. Then after I’d specified«HOT» wings, she asks my husband what flavor wings he wanted… which once again had already been specified in the original order. Also got the deep dish pizza and it had no flavor-maybe it would have been edible had I had at least one of the ranch dressings I asked for, but no such luck. This place effed up my order so bad I want a refund!

Service: Fine(idgaf) Ready to Go: Fine(idgaf) Price: I miss 5 dollar pizza’s, but IDGAF Quality: I don’t know what these fools are doing to streamline their process, but the last three times I came here, it hasn’t been little caesars, it’s been like marinara spread over a piece of rubber, thank god ½ Little Caesars in Santa Cruz still do things it right.

Pizza is good. A little disappointed in wings because they were tiny. Cashier/person who took our orders was so rude and unprofessional. Taking order he never asked for what flavor wings we wanted. Instead I had to let my friend know there were different flavors and then the cashier mentioned it. Thought the order all he said was«yeah… Yeah… Yeah… OK.» He only told us the wait for one pizza but didn’t tell us the wait for our whole order. They were closing at 9:30pm and the time we were waiting was 9. One of the workers came out and cleaned the area he folded and had set the carpets on the bench beside is. It’s pretty rude to clean and put dirty things next to your customers. Overall, customer service is horrible but food is average.

All I have to say is that little Caesars should close at least at 11pm bc ppl are still hungry. Ppl are hella hungry when they leave the beach so they don’t have to spend $ 10 on a damn hotdog. Especially on Pepsi Wednesday or Thursday when you get unlimited rides for 12 bucks and ends at 10. Therefore, it’d be smart to close at 11. Thank you/

Service hear is always good. There is this one guy there that works the register who is always nice and in a positive mood. I can’t stand people who work in places they hate and demonstrate it to you. This place isn’t like that. Cheese pizzas are never ready when I get there so I often wait 10 – 15 minutes for them. I guess they aren’t as popular as the pepperoni ones. Their lemon pepper wings are the best. Get them if they have them ready. Their parking lot is small and this place is often busy regardless of the time of day. If you have a tall order, call it in. This place is next to a 7 – 11 that has a Red box station so this place is a perfect stop if your in the mood for movie + pizza night. 4 stars because cheese pizzas are not as readily available as the pepperoni ones and selection of wings is based on whats available at the time.
