Heather is the best. I have been in Santa Cruz for 2 years and sadly had not found a stylist that got my hair type. In the past few weeks had my hair cut by one girl and it was horrible and was to afraid to go back. The second girl said, no problem easy fix, not so much. She actually made it worse. I started to look on line for salons with good ratings and found Click Click Bang and had a consult with Heather. The reason I gave it one more shot was Heather told me what was wrong with the cut and why it was not doing what I wanted it to do before I told her my issue. I decided to give it one more try or I was not sure what I would do. I went to Heather yesterday and finally someone who gets my hair, listened to what I wanted and is honest was honest about what would and would not work. I love my hair and finally found my stylist.
I also want to mention they have great products for all hair types. I really like Kevin Murphy and I hear that R+C0 is really awesome and will give them a try too. Good product and a good stylist, how does it get better than that.

I went to this salon yesterday and had my hair cut and colored by Emily. I can’t find words to express what an awesome job she did! She was really amazing. She took her time and really tried to understand what it was I wanted.
I showed her some pics and we discussed the color and upkeep. I felt content with what it would take to keep up the red I wanted. After she worked her magic my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it!

I have been to several different stylists and have tried to find a good balance between great cut/​color and still affordable.
Unfortunately, I did not find Rose in the first place — instead I ended up with a stylist who completely ruined my color! My hair was almost a dozen different colors — red, brown, black, orange, white, brassy blonde, and much more. I looked like a calico cat when all I wanted was my dark brown hair with simple blonde highlights.
Even though the stylist and salon kept insisting my hair looked great (and couldn’t admit they did anything wrong), they recommended me to Rose. It was truly a blessing in disguise!
Rose was able to not only fix my horrible color but she made it beautiful again! Rose was meticulous and heard everything I wanted. She took her time and clearly knew what she was doing!
She is kind and talented and detail oriented. The price is reasonable and yet still your hair will look like you spent a big chunk of change (when you didn’t)! :)

Most times I have told her «Do what you want» and have always been pleased. I wish I had taken a photo every time she did my hair, I would have an AMAZING coffee table book. This salon is absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting with Emily who is a fantastic, knowledgable, passionate, and talented stylist. I just moved here from Southern California, and had no idea what I was going to do with my bleach blonde hair. I adore being blonde, but have encountered very scary experiences in the past. Emily not only made my hair gorgeous, but she also walked me through different tips and products that truly have made my hair feel revived, soft, and manageable. Thank you Click Click Bang and Emily for giving me such a wonderful experience and gaining a lifelong client.

Farzaneh is by far the best stylist I’ve been to in years!
It was summer time and I wanted to go a little lighter, I always get goosebumps when I do something new to my hair but Farzaneh knew exactly what to do. She did this flamboyage technique in my hair and I swear it looks like a magical ray of sunshine hit my hair in all the right places. It looks so natural looking and normal! I have really dark brown hair and my hair tends to look copperish with going lighter but Farzaneh made my hair look flawless and I even let her cut layers in my hair and she did it exactly how I asked. For a cut and coloring the price was reasonable. I will definetly be coming back by the end of the year to do some touch-​ups!
Ladies, ask for Farzaneh! you will not be dissappointed.

Emily took the time to really listen to the sort of look I was looking for and made me feel very comfortable with the drastic (but AWESOME) changes to my hair. The lovely store also carries tons of beautiful jewelry handmade by local artists that is swoon-​worthy. Definitely worth checking out.
Lastly, they have a shop dog. I can‘t remember her name but she will kill you with her cuddli-​goodness.

Emily is an Amazing stylist! I walked in with brassy hair and left with beautiful hair. Emily helped me with my products and took her time to educate me on only needing shampoo, conditioner and a styling cream! I agree with giving her 10 stars. THe salon rocks love the décor and she also sells some super cute clutches and jewelry. I’m looking forward to my next appt :)

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Loved this salon and hairstylist Farzaneh! I felt like she really listed to what I was looking for, and went above and beyond on delivery! I felt so comfortable and relaxed in her chair. My hair looked beautiful when I left, such a great blow out too!

Emily has been doing my hair since… oh 6 forevers (back in the Emmy May’s days). She is honestly UH-​mazing and always manages to translate my vague inspirations and color references into the haircut I wanted! Her color is fantastic (even other stylists have commented on how good it is) and her cuts start out awesome and grow out awesome too! How is that even possible?!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the new space next to Verve in Pleasure Point. Doesn’t hurt that you can get yourself a Penny Ice Creamery after getting your hair did. ;) She has SO many super cute things in there– jewelry, purses, etc– I want them all! Also love the art gallery on the walls. This place is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for: hair, gifts & art! :)
