I love this location! The owner (manager?) is always super kind and helpful as well as the staff, always polite and eager to help. I recently went in looking for Quats, which they don’t carry but do have a sufficient alternative and not only did the owner/​manager escort me in the right direction but the product was in stock and significantly cheaper! As a beauty professional I spend a lot of time andnmoney at the beauty supply. I live in Midtown Santa Cruz and honestly, the Westside Beauty Supply off River is much closer but I refuse to go in there; one, they have a severely limited supply. Two, the owner is always staring you down as if she’s waiting for you to steal and lastly, I’m never asked how I am, if I’d like help, nothing! There is nothing I hate worse than an «I’m better than you and everyone else» attitude and every single girl working there has one. Sorry, off topic! Cosmoprof Capitola will forever have my business for their great customer service, wide variety of supplies and fair prices. I took one star off because of the location. Because I don’t drive, I have to take the bus to get to the nearest location. I honestly don’t mind when the service is that good and the alternative, THAT bad. Thanks girls! I shop here once a week for products and the staff is AMAZING! So friendly and this Cosmo Prof is two mins from my job. Super convenient and i will not go anywhere else
