The Glow Spot Café is a wonderful hidden gem in the SCV. They have really delicious, fresh made to order food. Food is important but for me, the most important thing is service, cleanliness and a friendly and caring staff. The owners and their staff treat you like you are a priority! Last but not least if you are looking to host an event, kids party, karaōke night or other fun event, i would encourage you to to check out their party rooms. They come set up with black lights and great sound system. We hosted a 13th Glow in the Dark birthday party for my daughter last weekend and it was amazing! The Glow Spot Café catered the party and even referred me to a great DJ! We had approx 60 kids and they had a blast! Owners were super accommodating and even let us move furniture and customize the party room to suit my picky daughters preferences because the party could not be at all babyish! From the food, music, cake to the décor the Glow Spot pulled out all of the stops and made sure we had a great event! Thank you so much Nara and Alina you are the best!

My wife has been craving crepes and absolutely wanted to try the smore crepes that she saw on Unilocal so we drove from Canyon Country to try it. Definitely worth the drive, nice staffs and Chef Luis was funny, warm and very nice. We will be back again to try the other food on the menu.

Had a coupon and it is close by, so we decided to try it. They didn’t take the coupon because we ordered a special. Okay, fine. The pizza came first– I’ve never seen cheese pizza without tomato sauce. Tasted pre-fab and not good at all. Then the salad came. That was fine, but how do you mess up lettuce? Then the wings. My boys wouldn’t even try them. We spent over $ 30 for food we barely ate. After we walked out the door we realized my husband never even got his soup. Don’t waste your money, there’s tons of better places in this valley!

Very very good food! The past few weeks I’ve tired the chicken panini, the pizza margarita, and the bacon burger with fries. The meet was cooked perfectly, everything I’ve had so far has been really good, and the staff is super friendly. And they deliver!

Chef Luis Molina makes a killer Philly Cheesesteak with a Peruvian twist… He marinates and cooks the steak the Peruvian way«Lomo Saltado»… It seriously blew me away! The crepes are also delicious

Sunday 6PM… just realized I was supposed to have dinner delivered to a dear friend of mine and his wife(who is very ill) around 5.30−6PM. Found these guys and Unilocal, called them(in a state of panic) and ordered food to be delivered to my friend and his wife. They were helpful, quick(delivery was there by 6.45) and my friend says the food was delicious!!! Will absolutely drop by there next time I am in the area.

Not bad for our first trip. Luis was really great and took care of our family. The food is really good. I ordered the pizza and it was loaded with cheese and under $ 8! Not bad for a personal pizza. Glow Spot also offers a party room next door for kid parties. I wish we had this spot around when the kids were younger and had bday parties. It’s great to have another eatery next to the house. It’s also good to know that you can go have crepes in the morning if you want something different for breakfast!

Ordered through Eat24, which was a disaster. Somehow Glow Stop got a false address, gave them a new one, two drivers couldn’t find my home, etc. etc. Shit happens, it’s all good. I got the food, and the presentation looks so good. The bacon burger is fabulous, except the cheese. The cheese has a taste of Kraft Cheese Squares, the cheese(?) sauce is strange too. I had to scrape it off as it simply was ruining the burger. The burger patty itself is fantastic. Probably one of the best burger patties I’ve had. It’s juicy, has the perfect seasoned taste, and is very lean. The buns are a little too oily for my taste. Overall a good 3.5÷5 on the burger. It was good! The wings… We’re absolutely disgusting. As if they make them from scratch, adding the sauce last. It was basically naked wings with super watery sauce. Literally dripping off as you pick them up. The chicken itself was decent, but it was practically sauce-less wings. I’m not picky, but some places have really good tasting ranch, and some other places have bad tasting ranch. Glow Spot Café has fantastic ranch, just thought I would add that in there. Overall I’m giving it a 3⁄5. Has incredible potential that you can taste and see, but there’s a couple small things that throw it all off. Will be giving it another try, hoping to hop on the 5-star trend like many of the other Unilocalers.

Has potential but does need some work. Not so friendly service. Call me crazy but cheese on a burger should be melted not cold. Huge turn off. Sorry !

In short, this place is good. The staff is very accommodating & friendly. They had no problem with substituting lettuce for bread, or adding chicken to paninis. The servings are large and the food tastes great. Nothing specific stuck out, but the smoothies are worth a try. Service wasn’t great. Went with a couple people at 1 pm on a Sunday; most of our food came out at the same time, but then it took 20 minutes for them to bring my friend her crêpe, fries, and smoothie. The crêpe had been sitting on the counter for a while, and when they finally brought the smoothie, it wasn’t the right one. Recommend going there, but maybe not during busy hours!

I just placed a delivery order online– once I checked my email confirmation I realized it had auto filled my old address in as the information. I called the restaurant and the person who answered, which I am assuming was the manager, requested I call the driver as she was already on her way to drop off the food. I called the driver, Hana, and explained what had happened. She said no problem, took down my correct address and dropped off our lunch. She was very kind and understanding. Great customer service! We ordered the chicken chipotle panini, turkey panini, and Nutella banana crêpe. My favorite was definitely the chipotle panini and of course the crêpe. All of the food was really amazing– they have definitely earned our business long term because of the great service and great food.

Decided to check this place out and was glad I did. Tried the cream cheese turkey panini, spinach/feta/avocado crêpe and the apple crunch crêpe. All were delicious. Especially the panini. Would definitely return to get my crêpe fill. Only complaint I would have is the fact that you order at the counter, pay as you order and then they turn the screen around towards the customer for you to select a tip amount. I think that’s a little strange since it’s not really a full service restaurant and how do you know what you plan to tip before you even get your food. You order at a counter, self service drink station, etc. Similar to most fast food type restaurants. They do bring your food out to you though and you don’t have to bus your table-so maybe that’s their rationale. All in all the food is yummy and that’s what counts

DONOTJUDGE A RESTAURANTBYIT’S NAME! I have to admit, I wasn’t impressed or excited when I saw the name. Recently I saw a friend who ate there and said we finally have good burgers and salads in Saugus! My son and I checked out reviews and their Fb page and saw really great reviews and pictures of good olé burgers! We called our order in on the way home and when we got there it wasn’t too crowded…(please support them) we need this place to last! We both got the bacon burgers which come with fries. The buns are grilled with butter and hand formed patties. Perfectly cooked for most people. I like my burgers on the rare side but to be safe they nailed it! Fries are good cut potatoes not fake. Also ordered a funnel cake which I think is actually won tons deep fried with the works. Fresh strawberries and killer strawberry sauce made it even more delicious! Very friendly family, clean and not anything like I thought it would be by the name. My loss. There is so much I am excited to try! I will definitely be back and tell all of my friends! A+

My boss made is come here. The name didn’t intrigue me but we came… I can’t wait to try the entire menu! We had the Glow Salad for the healthy new year… fantastic! My friend had the chipotle fries with the most amazing looking burger. Glow burger! Then they went for the caramel apple crêpe which they demolished! Employees very friendly and attentive.

The reviews of this new place peaked my interests, so I decided to check it out. The inside was clean and the music was a nice touch. As for the food, we ordered a cheese pizza($ 5.99), a Ham and Cheese Crêpe($ 7.99), and a Just Nutella Crêpe($ 4.99). I personally did not care for the pizza, but my son loved it. The Ham and Cheese Crêpe was great, as was the salad that came with it. The Just Nutella Crêpe was delicious, but that was to be expected considering the ingredients(hard to mess up anything Nutella). One thing I would suggest is to provide bigger water cups for customers, especially considering the menu. I had to stand up to refill my water cup 7 to 10 times. To clarify, you order your food at the register, and they bring your food to you when it is ready, but you are on your own with everything else. This isn’t a positive or negative, just something to point out in case you were expecting true sit down dining. Another small suggestion I have is to treat every kid the same. They gave glow sticks to the family/kids that came in after us, and then to my son after he stared at them in confusion. Confusion as in why didn’t he get one when we first came in… Overall, I would be very open to a return visit, and think that 3.5 to 4 stars is a fair rating for them. I would recommend them to anyone who lives or works close by.
