I happened to be walking by when I noticed a BJJ class at Iron Fist. From the minute I stepped in Z made me feel right at home. After a 15 year hiatus of BJJ I was a little skeptical about starting up again, but I’m glad I did. Z is a great teacher who genuinely cares about his students both on and off the mat. Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced student, hobby or training for competition, Z is great with all ages and levels. Glad I found this place.

I walked in completely clueless … But Z was polite professional and gave me the information I needed and a free class! I went in tried it now he can’t get me to leave! BJJ is my newest passion and I will never quit. I learn so much everytime I am there! He is an awesome instructor and I highly recommend Team Z for all ages and all levels!

My son and I joined Team Z Brazilian Jiu Jitsu several weeks ago, we attend classes twice a week, on Tuesday nights and Saturday morning. We get personal attention from the instructor who is actively grappling with us and showing us techniques. This is the bext exercise anyone can go and at the same time learn an effective art of self defense for less than $ 100/​month.
