I called the store to inquire about my purchase that I had delivered for store pick up. The girl that picked up the phone named Melissa was rude and condescending! Once I asked to see if my order came in she was very quick to tell me that«we have your number and will call once it comes in» in a really condescending tone as if I’m so wrong to call about it. So as I tried to tell her that I’m tracking the order and it says delivered. Really I said«tra», couldn’t even get a full word out, she puts me on hold. I was on hold for more than 7 minutes(iphone keeps track). Now I probably would’ve been slightly ok if she took my name and at least acted like she was gonna check up on my order but she didn’t. Never have I been treated like that at a retail store, I don’t expect outstanding customer service but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth about this store. I didn’t yell, I asked nicely, but I was written off so quick! It’s very unacceptable for a customer to be treated that way.

First time in and I got an official Yankees cap. My cousin wanted to buy me a graduation gift and had his heart set on this. Had to with because I didn’t know my hat size so it kind of ruined the surprise but I didn’t mind. It’s more fun when you go to the store. They have a great selection and a customer loyalty program that offers discounts when you are a serial hat buyer(which I am not). I like to worn in look for my caps. I do recommend this place for serious sports fans that want the real thing. They can even embroider your name on the cap if you want to go full-nerd.
