Costco Canyon Country has a newly remodeled food court. Bigger, but not better. Great for cheap pizza and hot dogs but not very good as far as service goes. I know, you don’t expect much as far as that goes, and with low expectations you will not be disappointed. As with the old food court inside, the lines are somewhat helter skelter and depending on who is tending the window your service might be fast or terribly slow. No way to tell unless you invest some time in a slow line and decide to jump to a better line. Do not bother to call ahead for pizza unless you are ordering multiples and if you do call give a fake name that someone with no comprehension of English can not get wrong. Stick with John or Juan or Gonzales because if you use a real name like Mike or Mary there is no telling what name your order will be listed under and you can easily wait an hour to have your 20 minute pizza ready for you. Single pizza order? Just go to the window and use the order number on your ticket. The pizza is pretty average but cheap. The crust is pretty lame but if you take it home and prepare each piece in a hot skillet it’s not too bad. The toppings are good enough and generous. Not the best pizza, and not the cheapest but it is a good value if that is what you are looking for. The rest of the menu is pretty good.
