I prefer to write positive reviews, I do like the items Costco carries, however, when renewing my membership I felt like it was more important for the person to get her credit for the renewal than it was for me to get the membership that suited my needs the best. I understand that people get credit for upgrading, but it shouldn’t be more important than the customers best interest!

They’re the BEST guys in the Costco Tire Center Department. If you need nitrogen air for your tires they’re very attentive.
If you need your TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) lights turned off, they will immediately turn it off or reset it for you.
Look for David, Dave, Anthony, Jessie or Gabriel for any tire related matters. If you want to SAVE money and time, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place has the worst customer service. The cashier Brenda W. such a big B. She is a big angry stupid woman with a terrible job. We were in line and she talks like she owns the place and that customers are an inconvenience to her. Oh and get this she is supposed to be the best in customer service, what a joke! This lady specifically needs an attitude adjustment or find another job that does not involve serving other people.

Such a good selection of merchandise and great prices, with excellent customer service and return policies. This place. like most Costco locations, stays crowded but lines usually move reasonably well. Purchased my new Apple iPod 32 Touch today, a belated Christmas gift. I just don’t care for the ridiculously long gasoline lines any longer, I save that for the less crowded Sam’s Club.

I only have the Burbank location to compare this location with. As for parking, it is better and I can find a spot rather easily, especially weekday afternoons when I visit.
I like the layout of the store and they usually have a decent amount of food samples out so you can get a little snack as you shop.
The lines are hit and miss if course. Some days during the week it’s packed and other times not so much. Though even when busy the lines move pretty smoothly.
The tri tip and ribs here are priced well and very tasty. The rib eyes, which do look amazing, are pricey. I suggest your standard grocery store when they drop to 8 – 9 bucks a pound on sale.
I almost always buy beer since they usually have a decent selection of bombers from all types of craft breweries and good 24 packs from Firestone and Stone brewing, among others. The Costco’s in San Diego county have an account with Modern Times Brewery. So damn jealous, we NEED some of that love up here please!

I have been to different Costco locations and I have to say this is my favorite location. Why? It’s because this location is never packed like other locations and it’s well organized. The parking can be difficult at times because it shared with the 24 hour fitness center but it’s not bad.

I like Costco. They treat their staff, vendors and clients with respect. I was able to find what I needed quickly and the lines at the registers were reasonable.
I was challenged about my dog at the door, but as soon as I said «Service animal» i was welcomed as was Sassy.
Costco even smells better than Sam’s or similar.
I was unable to enjoy a hot dog here because of time constraints but I assume that they are as good here as at other Costco stores.

We Come here twice a month to get fruits, food, house supplies, movie tickets and dog foods. Unfortunately, We always end up buying more that what we need.
Like detergents! We have 5 different detergents at home. Basically, whatever on sale that month. And Pre packed foods, our freezer is filled of it.
Overall, love the discount Costco offers on bulk buys.

Costco has its advantages of buying bulk food at decent prices, which we really like. There are many other advantages that you can also take advantage of by being a Costco member.
The main thing I use Costco for is their gas. They normally have the best gas prices in town. The biggest thing I hate about getting gas at Costco is they always have long lines. When I was a member at Sam’s Club they had lines for gas, but not as bad as Costco. They definitely need to improve on the number of gas stations they have at their locations.

I have a very love/​hate relationship with Costco.
They’ve got some deliciously huge pizza and their stuff is cheap and that’s about where the love ends…
You need a paid membership to even get in the store, except for the pizza/​chicken bake dept. If you’ve never been in Costco before you will have to brave every huge aisle to find what you’re looking for because most of them aren’t marked.
Everything comes in gigantic sizes so though they’ve got good deals on stuff, if you live in smaller family unit the you can’t really buy any of their perishables because they’ll go bad before you can eat them!
The thing I dislike most about Costco is the customers. Almost every time I come it’s crazy busy with people blocking aisles with those enormous carts, trying to get some samples or a box or an 8 count box of brownie mix. If I do not come here with some sort of sugary beverage in my hand, I am in such a bad mood within minutes.
Shop at your own risk!

Costco Wholesale is a great concept. Good way to save money on items that we use frequently. I generally love Costco stores, but not so much love for this location.
You would expect all locations to have similar items, stock, merchandise etc. Not true. This particular location is subpar compared to the location in Pacoima, which I never quite understood why. They do not carry the same selection of food, particularly Organic food and drinks.
Santa Clarita is full of health conscious folks and the demand is there. Consdering it’s the only one in Santa Clarita it should be, without exception, completely stocked and carry the variety demanded by consumers.
Another small drawback is parking. It’s located to an overly packed 24 hour gym and the two somewhat share parking spaces.

Soooo, we bought an aerobed (inflatable airbed) from here. Dude, the thing is SWEET! It has an automatic pump and, get this: A HEAD BOARD! What the!!!
It’s comfortable, not even for just being an airbed, but the thing is actually comfortable.
Our guests love it and they too can’t believe it’s an airbed. :)
