We didn’t even eat here because four people — including the manager in jeans — ignored us the entire time we were waiting for a table. One server came as far as the host station to pick up menus for another table but didn’t even acknowledge us! Rude!

This is a typical chain restaurant in terms of food quality. You get a nice meal at a decent price. I have been here multiple times over the years and have found the service to be relatively good. There are times when the restaurant is packed, and others when I was able to be seated right away. If your looking for a good consistent mid level dining experience then this is a place for you.

Hadn’t been here in years, and now I know why. The worst service anywhere. One of my pet peeves is when the server brings your entrée and expects you to pick up the plates from the salads and appetizers so they can set down the new plates. The food is mediocre at best. I won’t be running back here anytime soon. Oh yeah, it would be nice if a restaurant that served ribs had decent napkins — just sayin’.

Long wait to be seated, 30 min to get our appetizers, another 30 min to get our cold food. This place sucks!!! I haven’t been here in years and definitely wouldn’t come back!

if someone puts in a To Go order at a certain time it means to have it ready at the certain time unless you get busy then at least acknowledge the customer to let them know the food is behind. My order was supposed to be ready by 5:45pm, I show up at 5:50. Person in charge of To Go is on the phone but then puts that person on hold and asks maybe the FOH manager a question. While they are waiting for a question to be answered the guy could have check on my order as well, as I had plans to be somewhere hence TOGO order. well the only greeting I got was hi do you have an order not please hold or give me just a moment. So here I am sitting with my mother at her nursing rehab with no dinner for the both of us. At least the nursing rehab she was able to eat their food. but that’s not the point. I left the restaurant with nothing. SUPERBCUSTOMERSERVICE!

Waited 15 minutes to be seated when there was almost no one inside. Ordered our food, asked for sauce for my steak only to get it 10 minutes later when my food was cold. No drink refills. There’s a table where friends of waiters just sit and talk when they are obviously still working. Is there really no supervision here. I gave it 2 stars just because my food was good. But never again will I come here

I had a meeting Wednesday night and when I got home hubby suggested we run out for a quick dinner. I suggested Chili’s because it is close to our house and we’re really looking for a pub style restaurant to replace our old favorite, Fridays, who recently left the valley. We arrived between 8:15 and 8:30pm and when we walked in, the restaurant section on the right was only 1⁄3rd full and the section on the left was closed and empty. All the booths in the bar were full, but tables were available. Because there were families with children seated at the booths in the bar(WHODOESTHAT? I’m a teacher and would like to go to an area in a restaurant where I can enjoy a drink and not bump into my students. Little people simply shouldn’t be in the bar. Period.) Anyway, as I said, the restaurant was NOT busy so we asked for a booth in the restaurant section and were told that there would be a ten to fifteen minute wait for a table. Seriously? I could see at least 6 – 8 that were open in the section on the left and this was from my blocked vantage point at the hostess station. We said no thanks and went and had sushi. It looks like there is absolutely no chance that Chili’s will become our new ‘go to’ place because we won’t be going back.

Came for an early dinner on Sunday and was surprised to see how busy it was for 5pm. The two of us had to wait about 10 minutes before getting seated. Our server Kristen was fantastic! She was cheerful and attentive. We both ordered the same thing, the honey chipotle shrimp and sirloin combo(with side order of corn on the cob and mashed potatoe). We were both pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was! The steaks were cooked perfectly to order and the shrimp were not overcooked. Even the grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes were delicious! For dessert, we shared the skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. The cookie was served warm and paired with the ice cream, made it a perfect ending to a great meal! All in all, a perfect Sunday night dinner.

Wifey and I went in for the $ 20 for two special even used a gift card and it was Awesome! It was busy and our server TOM was the best server we have had in along time! He slowed down to talk to us when I know he was busy and did not miss a beat with drinks, extra requests, and food came out in perfect time. I could go on but you get the gist. Food was terrific and experience was as well!

This location definitely needs help. I live right up the street from this location so this is the closest chilis to me. Every time I walk in to this restaurant, there is never a host to greet you. And if there is, they don’t greet you. They just ask how many. The restaurant is usually pretty empty even when it should be busy. I think it all has to do with the management. THEREISNONE. If you’re looking to get served fast, have decent food, and have a clean table, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I wish I can give zero star rating. I have been a retuning customers for last 20 years and this was by far the worst food and service combo. Chicken fajita and baby back ribs were cold, food was dry and tasteless, our server never came to the table after initial order. We have to ask the greeter for refill on our drink, to make matter worse, the manager was uncaring and arrogant and would not address the problem. I am just shocked that no one could help us with just simple issue. I hope this incident was limited to the untrained server and incompetent manager. Shame on you, this visit just shattered my fond memories of last 20 years of patronage. **** shame on you *** double!

25 minute wait to be seated. 20 min after we ordered they told us that they didn’t have the appetizer tonight. Still waiting on the good. 30+ minutes in. Now and hour in. We are about to leave.

Very bad customer service. The employees have no people skills at all. When we came in, the girl at the front got mad from the start that it’s 4 people. She was too busy talking so she didn’t even want to sit us. She was rude then she sat us in the nastiest corner. Horrible place!

I am writing about a bad experience my family had at Chilis on Saturday 11⁄28. We arrived and found a parking spot quickly which indicated to us that there would not be a wait inside. As we walked up to the restaurant we noticed many tables available. However when we walked in and gave our names we were quoted a 25 – 30 min wait. I looked and only saw 4 parties ahead of mine so I figured they were over estimating. The hostess didn’t seat any party for over 10 min. Meanwhile more and more people started to arrive. At this point I walked around the restaurant and counted 15 open, clean tables. I walked over to a waitress and asked where the manager was. She replied«in the office» which made perfect sense to me seeing the condition of the restaurant. It was obvious that the manager on duty had no clue as to what was going on in the front. I asked to speak to the manager. Mike the manager came out about 5 min later and asked«is anyone looking for the manager». I said yes I am and proceeded to tell him that there were only 6 parties and 15 open tables yet we are being quoted a 30 min wait. He didn’t acknowledge my concern or apologize all he said was the kitchen was busy and we had to wait. To which I responded it would be better to get these parties seated and explain the kitchen situation and give out free chips and salsa then have everyone filling up the front. He told me no I don’t want people sitting at tables waiting for food. I then said well it’s better than them sitting up front or leaving. His lack of understanding and lack of concern was the main reason we left.

Decided to meet up with my son and his family for dinner at Chilis. There was a total of 5 of us. When I gave the hostess our name she told us 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later my son asked what was going on. There were numerous tables open. He was told that the table was being cleared. One of the hostesses was asked by another hostess to clear the table. She began by scooping the left over food on the table onto the floor. Several people watched and I could tell they were startled. She sweeped some of it up then left. The other hostess went over and cleaned the remaining mess up. We finally sat down. 10 minutes later a waitress said someone would be back to take our order. Another 10 minutes and we left. My son spoke with the manager and he couldn’t believe that there a problem. Totally unconcerned about the problem. This restaurant on a Saturday Night at 6 pm should have been full. Total Mia-management!

Upon our first arrival today we checked in at the front desk. We watched 2 groups get seated before us when we had arrived before them. This was a little unsettling. Nonetheless we got seated and ordered our drinks. Robert, our server was on top of helping us out and taking our order. After we had ordered Robert brought to our attention that what we had ordered fell under a special they were running which would save us money. This was much appreciated. Thank you Robert for providing exceptional service.

Again, I was looking for another place to get lunch. There are some places worth coming back and there are some where I have to just move on. With the help of Unilocal,I was able to find a place where I can order online and just pick up my meal. Heading over to Chili’s in Stevenson Ranch. Located on the southeast corner of The Old Road and McBean Parkway, you’ll find Chili’s literally on the corner. I wrote a review of Mod Pizza and didn’t realize Chili’s was on the same lot. Again, parking could be an issue if there a heavy presence. With Pickup Stix, Starbucks, Urbane Café, and Mod Pizza, parking can be a pain. Since I placed my order online, I had my pickup time set for 12:15pm. I got to Chili’s just on time. I was greeted by the host and mentioned that I was picking up my online order. When you pick up your order, you head straight for the bar. For a moment, I thought I had to drink first before I could do anything with my order :) I had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich($ 8.89) with Sweet Potato Fries(+$ 0.50 extra). You can get Homestyle Fries for free. I just opted for something sweeter. Diana brought out my food as well as another person who may have ordered via mobile phone. I might want to try that next time… Wait…Downloading Now! The smell from the Sweet Potato Fries infected my truck and I wanted to devour them already. When I got back to my office, there was a good handful of Sweet Potato Fries and very tightly wrapped Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. I don’t know, but I love Sweet Potato Fries to death. If a place offers it, I shall order it. As for the sandwich, I unwrapped and the spicy sauce was already dripping and there was a huge piece of crispy chicken. There was more chicken than bread and the sauce was all over the place. I don’t even recall seeing the lettuce, but do remember the tomato since it fell out of my sandwich. It was a good sandwich, but not great. It was nice to find another place to get something to eat by simply ordering online. I think I need to get back on track with salad. I have been out too much or just catching up on times that I didn’t eat out in 2013. I might have to try Chili’s lunch specials and see if those will help me head back on track with my ongoing diet. Do you think I write too much? Well, you can call me a Unilocal-O-Holic!
