Delicious food, I love their yellow curry. Id enjoy the place more if the elderly lady who works at the front desk could be a little nicer. I always try and talk to her and say thank you, but she’s just acts cold for some reason. Ill still be coming here though, because their curry is the best in Santa Clara.

The food was excellent. I didn’t expect excellent service bc of all the reviews but it was fine. The older lady that helped me didn’t speak too much English however she knew exactly what she was doing. I was in and out with my to go order in 15 min. They packed the food perfectly and put holes in the container with the crab wonton so it was still crisp by the time I got home.

Solid 4 star Thai food. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. My favorites are the satay chicken and the basil noodles with beef. Lunch specials come with a piece of satay chicken and a small bowl of yummy soup. Come hungry or be prepared to take your leftovers to-go!

I used to love this place. But the prices have risen so much over the last 4 years that it beats inflation. My fav dish was the duck noodle soup but now it is an amazingly expensive dish at almost $ 14!!! That’s crazy. I could go to chilis for a 2 for $ 20 and eat so much more! On top of which, the QUANTITY in the entrée has also reduced. So that’s a double whammy. Very disappointed at how much the prices increased with a reduction in amount served. I still like the food but now I can’t afford it.

So incredibly rude. I ordered with them through an app. I ordered Tom Kha and asked if they could add egg noodles. I have gone to other places where they were happy to make the addition. Not only did they refuse to do it but apparently they wouldn’t even make them on the side. Even after the delivery guy offered to pay extra. Apparently they really wanted to drive the point home because they sent a menu with my food and made sure to circle and write«no noodle» on it. Wow! Completely unnecessary. A simple«no modifications or substitutions» on your online menu would have saved you all this trouble. You would think that I asked for their first born.

Close to Santa Clara university so I walk to this place. Really good food. I ordered stir fry eggplant n some rice. very healthy n tasty food. They serve sticky rice which is easy to eat if u are going to use chopsticks. Best thing about this place is the positivity and cheerful people who work there, which always enhances the experience.

Easily the best thai place in the bay area for vegetarians. Lots of fresh vegetables!

Food was mediocre and the service was horrible even though there were no other tables for lunch.

My girlfriend has lived by this restaurant for quite a while and we decided to finally go. After several visits I have come to a decision that this is one of my favorite Thai places to eat at. We always going during the lunch hour because it isn’t busy inside the restaurant but colleges students(located near Santa Clara University) as well as other workers from local businesses are always ordering their food to go. They also do door dash service. Although service can be slow, their food is really good. It is not the best Thai food I ever had, but it’s good enough to have me coming back. Overall, I wish the service was a little bit better, but the food is great.

First time to try this place since reviews were enticing. Placed the order on line for pick up at 515, and was met with a locked door, even though the sign says open from 5 to 9 or 10, and it was 525. Finally got someone to open the door. Possibly a new staff because she just seemed oblivious to what was going on around her. Found out that my order has not even been placed yet. The waitress explained something about an issue with ordering through mobile tummy online, which really should not have been my concern. Nevertheless, I waited for my order since it is Sunday, 100 degrees and three starving kids waiting at home. Finally at 559, I received my order and it did smell good. But the customer service was not impressive at all. So disappointed.

Craved some tom kha and this restaurant is listed on Door Dash, I ordered a medium chicken tom kha and fried banana with honey. One spoonful of the tom kha and I am in love. It’s perfectly creamy for me and all the spices and flavors that make it unique were amazing. I am in love with this tom kha! Looking forward to ordering more delicious lunches from here. Pass on the fried banana, I probably shouldn’t have ordered it to go anyway, but I had hope! I’m sure it is much better in the restaurant.

I came across White Elephant while searching for restaurants on DoorDash to satisfy my Thai Food cravings. And I was taken aback by the quality of food. I ordered a Pad Thai and a Thai Iced Tea. For the price, the Pad Thai was sufficient in quantity and delicious. Not the best Pad Thai I‘ve had but quite good. Really loved the Thai Iced tea. Tastes similar to the Bubble Tea. For the price, this is a really good option.

For years I thought this place was a smoke shop or something because of the windows covered in decals. Glad I finally realized it was a restaurant! Great for the price! Is it the best Thai food I’ve ever had? No. Would I pick it up for dinner on my way home from work on a regular basis? Absolutely. We had basil fried rice with chicken, stir fried green beans with chicken and waterfall beef salad — all ordered medium spicy. We didn’t think they had much heat, but still had good flavor. Next time we will just order spicy instead of medium. Great friendly service and food came out really quick. I’ll be back!

3.5 stars. It was going to be a late night at the office so we decided to order dinner here. The prices are inexpensive and they have a pretty comprehensive menu so it seemed like a good pick. I decided to go with the pad thai with calamari as well as the mango sticky rice for dessert. I’ve had some really lackluster pad thai experiences so I was glad my dish was not bland. I asked for medium spiciness and there was definitely a kick. Portion size was good enough for me because I had leftover pad thai for lunch the next day. As for dessert, it was a sweet treat after a spicy plate! Delivery service arrived earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. Only complaint is that there were only a few pieces of calamari and the noodles were a bit on the oily side… But if you can overlook that, then you’ll like this place. Overall, I’d order from them again the next time I’m craving Thai food.

Wow, i was pretty surprised by this place! i drive past every day, and finally decided to stop in for lunch. it’s small and doesn’t look like much, but the food was really good. i tried the chicken rama thai. it’s not on the lunch menu, but they’ll make it. the sauce was really nice, with great flavor. the spinach under the chicken is fresh and still has some crunch to it. the whole dish was excellent. it still seems to be a bit of an unknown in the area(translation: not as packed as the other thai spots down the street). take advantage of that and go… it’s good stuff!

This review is for their takeout. Was feeling sick so I decided to order Tom Kha with chicken and mild spice. Delivery estimate was around 45 min but actually came in about 25 min. Awesome! Ordered with a side of rice. Soup came quickly. Was piping hot and the smell of coconut was on point. I was drooling and couldn’t wait to eat it. Ordered a medium size and it was enough for two people. Very fresh and authentic Thai flavors and food. Perfect balance of spices, vegetables, and chicken. Definitely hit the spot. Can’t wait to dine in one day!

Let me start by saying this place is inconspicuous. It’s placed next to a liquor store and is not so easy to locate even though it’s on a busy intersection. We started going there when it first opened a couple years ago and I have to say it’s getting better ever since. The place is not big and doesn’t have many tables. However what lacks in quantity is made up by quality. Their curry is really tasty, rich and fairly dense. Their pad thai is great and even their fried rice is amazing!!! If you go for lunch, they’ll provide a complimentary chicken on a stick with a small salad. They’re topped with a delicious sauce that will get you hooked. Their soup is pretty good as well, but it has been sometime so I can’t say how is it now. The service is good but do expect delays as this place can get busy.
