Love this place, been getting my hair cut here for over a year. Anna is the best, she is always super nice and welcoming and knows exactly what I want. The guys here are really friendly and chill. It’s a very comfortable place for anyone to get their hair cut. Definitely gonna miss this place when I move.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and getting my haircut by Dave, I am extremely picky about who I let cut my hair. Although I’ve had my haircut by everybody there and they all do a good job, I like Dave the best. Everybody has always been kind to me saying what’s up or hi when I come in. The quality of haircut you get here far surpasses any other shops I’ve been too and will not be going anywhere else.

Been coming here for about 10 years, my boy Dave always hooks me up! Best barber I know. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a fresh cut!

This barber shop use to be a respectable place with quality barbers. While some of the barbers are still quality, the respect level has dropped tremendously.
The next generation has taken over management and it shows. A number of years ago J.R. use to be a nice quite young man who cut my hair more than a couple of times. It seems times have changed however, and he is now running the shop. Instead of cutting hair, now he is constantly going out to the parking lot to «meet up with people» oddly it seems like none of them are there for hair related reasons (or maybe he’s doing haircuts in people’s cars? Idk). One of the only times I have seen him inside, he was seated directly across from a guy, doing nothing, except just literally staring at him. This went on for the duration of the gentleman’s haircut. I don’t know what he was doing or why, it was a obvious show of intimidation but, it was very lame and made me feel uncomfortable just being in the room. I can imagine how the guy he was staring at felt. He looked nervous.
The other people around here are actually very friendly, and polite, it’s a shame to have to put up with a bully. Like they say one bad apple spoils the bunch. I won’t be going back.

Ana is the best stylist I miss her already. Ray and Js they are so awesome I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my haircut.

My 3 year old only trusts Ana or Joe to cut his hair. Tried bringing him somewhere else and he freaked. Guess this is where we will be going for a while… Luckily the staff is all super friendly and they all high five my son when he walks in.

These guys cannot cut hair. I have high standard when it comes to haircuts and these guys are horrible. Never coming back again.

Best place to get your haircut! Period. I personally go to Dave for my fades, but all 4 barbers are good. If you can’t go to Dave, JR is just as good.

Started bringing my son here about three years ago when I moved back into the area. David has been cutting my son’s hair since. He always takes his time and makes sure Luis’ fade is perfect and lines him up real nice. He always comes out looking good. My dad has since switched barbers, and so has my uncle who now brings his grandsons too. It’s a popular place so I always call ahead to make an appointment :)

Stumbled into this sweet shop after being tired of waiting for all the families lined up at the competition around the corner on a Sunday night. I walked in and he did me up good real quick!
I love the cut and service was great ! 5 stars! :)

Well let me start by saying this one star review is based solely on there customer service.
It all started with a friend telling me about them, which was all positives. So I make an appointment on a Thursday with Dave and he says he’ll see me Friday at 5 to 5:30pm takes my name and number down and that’s that. Friday comes and I can not find this barber shop for anything, so I call them asking where they are near and if its near a Rite-​Aide, the girl on the phone tells me no keep going down we are on a side street next to a vacuum shop. So I drive out to search, this goes on for about 20 min. I’m calling the girl back and fourth and shes got me driving in circles until I call my friend and ask him, he immediately tells me its near the Rite-​Aide, exactly what I had asked the girl in the first place and she said NO. So I go back to were I started and the barber shop was hidden in the back right next to the Rite-​Aide, WOW! by this time I’m not feeling to good about this. Mind you I drove all the way from south San Jose –_​_​–
I get there still within the time frame, approximately 5:20pm. I walk in and I’m greeted by no one, which is no problem but then Dave says are you Robert? I said yes, he then tells me «Well I know I set you an appointment for today but I’m not going to have anytime to get to you today» I reply «are you serious» he says ya but maybe my partner can help you? his partner replies nope I’m booked and then he points at the girl, which is obviously the girl who wasn’t even smart enough to give me proper directions to the shop so do you really think I want her coming anywhere near my head with sharp objects??? NO. by this time I’m fuming. hes looking at me with a smugged attitude face as if to say «Ohh Well». I walked out silent instead of letting my anger get the best of me. HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE/​CUSTOMER SERVICE. All he had to do was call me and let me know ahead of time instead of making me waste my time, gas, and energy. But they obviously lack the knowledge of customer service and do not know the meaning of running a good business. NEVER AGAIN!

Our first visit, and it will not be our last. Friendly environment, reasonably priced and excellent service!

Dave has been cutting my hair since I moved out here from New Jersey in 1998. The only other person I’ll let cut my hair is JR. This is a great, family-​owned business, and the entire staff (JR, Ana, Dave, Joe) are great barbers/​stylists, and more importantly, great people! Support this great local business! Don’t let your head get jacked up by those chain hair stylists!

I’ve been going here since I was 4 years old. This place is a landmark in the City of Santa Clara.
Book your appointment ahead of time because they book up fast.

Ana is the best. She cuts both my husbands and my hair. It is always an expert haircut and she is super sweet. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Santa Clara is lucky to have this family run business. Don’t worry ladies you do not have to get your haircut with the guys, Ana has a set up so the women have a private area on the side. This is a great place.

I was looking for a real barber shop and spotted this place as I was driving by.
It was clean and friendly. I was there at about 3:30pm and didn’t have to wait at all. You can tell its family oriented and a few of the kids from the local high school dropped in to grab a soda and talk sports.
Joe the barber that did my hair cut was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Tight on the sides and squared off on top. I told him I would leave the rest up to him and I received a very good cut.
Bottom line I will go back. I guess some time you just stumble on to something good.

Family run barbershop with fantastic hair stylists. The barbers are very friendly, and it’s extremely family orientated.
