I have s very bad experience with the San Jose store. the shoes we bought were defective .we went back to get different shoes but the pair that we found were $ 10 cheaper .the clerk advised us to bring the receipt so we can get the difference .we came s week later with the bank statement Because we can not find the receipt but the girl in the store said she are not authorize to open the register and call the manager who repeat the story of all sales final but wha t about detective shoes ? I advise everybody to keep away from this store, no surprise so few shopping there

I was secretly shopping Roxy online because even though I love their clothes, I’m a bit out of their seemingly teens-thru-20s target age bracket(I’m 41), and setting foot into a «younger» store can be a bizarre experience when everyone assumes you’re shopping for your daughter when you’re actually there for yourself. But one day I said to hell with it and went in, looking for a specific item to avoid having to pay online shipping charges, and I was pleasantly surprised. The very friendly staff(five stars for them!) helped me find what I was looking for and then some, and I’ve been going back ever since. Looks like any issues I had were mine alone the whole time, eh? ;~D Just because I’m over 40 doesn’t mean I’m ready for a granny dress and Pilgrim shoes!

Even though Quicksilver/Roxy has been at the mall for forever, I only stepped foot into the store yesterday! All their bathing suits were 50% off and they had 450% off racks! I found a bathing suit(top and bottom) for 40 bucks, a dress for 22 and a top for 20! The same top was still retail price at Zumiez: P I felt like I was outlet shopping! I normally don’t shop at surf stores either, but I thought the Roxy surf board they had on display is super cute and I may want to pick up surfing as an excuse to own that board! They also had Black Label skateboards up… I’m assuming the rider is also sponsored by Quicksilver, but BL is my favorite skate company so I was stoked on that! The employees are super friendly too! The store was clean and organized as well… unlike ZUMIEZBARF!
