My day starts here with a large Caramal Macc. Very friendly staff who starts making it the moment I enter. Great coffee and great people .5 star!!!

I know that this location was recently built but I love this Peet’s. I am an avid coffee drinker and the barista did a fantastic job on my latte. Normally I would ask for vanilla but I took a chance on the regular latte. Honestly I just couldn’t believe it but I was at my church service drinking my latte it was the best. I will be going there from now on. Thank you for making my experience at Peet’s so great with a great latte.

I work right next to this one and got peet’s for the first time.
Horrible customer service the girl on the register was rude and when I ordered an iced coffee with soy the employee handed me the soy milk to add myself and I was a little confused.
When I go to starbucks they never do that. Anyway, they need to re-​train their staff.
I worked with food and sales before and that’s unacceptable.
Starbucks is busier and I get the best customer service. Sorry ladies attitude isn’t going to get you customer’s

I have never left a review for a coffee place before, but this is a great location! I see almost the same people working every time I walk in! Today was especially awesome because I has Rae recommend me a drink that Jake made… I’ve stopped having coffee so they made a tea drink with foamed milk (London Fog), and it was like having coffee but made with tea… If you two are reading this… THANK YOU!!! it was the best way to have tea!!! I enjoyed it!!! I recommend this location! Please go by there and enjoy the liveliness of the whole team!!!

Jen is amazing watch her work. Ive been coming here for about a month and I have to say the manager Jen is amazing. She has such a great sprit with lots of engery. She handles her store excellently, when the line is out the door she jumps in and starts taking orders off the top of her head knowing her customers. … talk about great customer service wow She really has it. She make my long morning brighter.

I love Peet’s. This location is cool. Very quick, friendly service. Usually, always crowded. I sometimes come here during the lunch peek and this place fills up quick. Not too much space to sit.

Quick and friendly service. Store is a bit on the smaller side compared to other Peets in the area. Located on El Camino in Santa Clara — in the newly redesigned strip mall. Parking is a nightmare 80% of the time. Spots are limited and tiny, so beware and take this into account if you’re in a time crunch.
The coffee & drinks are delicious so no complaints there… try a white mocha or peppermint mocha (my favorites!)
Atmosphere is fantastic: fun place to hang with friends or work!

I feel like a traitor for saying it, but… Peet’s is SO much better than Starbucks. There, I said it. (Little known trivia, Starbuck and Peet’s used to be owned by the same person until he decided it would be best to run one or the other, so he chose Peet’s) So I pretty much get White Chocolate Mocha wherever I go, and their’s blew me away. They didn’t over-​sweeten, so you still got the strong taste of coffee. Perfect!
This particular location is in a busy shopping center, so parking isn’t always the easiest to find, but worth the short walk! You can usually find a table inside or out, depending on your preference. The staff is friendly, always ready with a smile and «hello». The one time I had an issue with my order, they gave me a FREE drink card for my next visit. Now that’s Customer Service!

Peets is my number one coffee choice over all others so of course I will leave a glowing review. This Peets is walking distance from my house and right next to my favorite store of all time, TARGET! Use the $ 1 off check in special if you are getting a holiday (overpriced) drink. Avoid Starbucks like the plague, DRINK PEETS!

Stopped by to try their Black Tie Iced Coffee. I love Vietnamese Coffee which this seemed to mimic it. Interesting how condense milk is sweet, but they add syrup plus half/​half. A little too creamy for my liking. Peet’s has always had fast service along w/​clean place. I’ll try a different drink next time!

This Peet’s Coffee & Tea location is a medium sized store with friendly employees, tasty drinks, and decent snacks.
I visited this Peet’s location recently and ordered a small Javiva Mocha Blend coffee ($ 4) and a Carmelita bar ($ 2.50). Regarding the mocha blend, I asked for no whipped cream when I placed my order, but my server added whipped cream anyway. After he handed my my coffee, I noticed that there was a large dollop of whipped cream on top, so I reminded him that I asked for no whipped cream; he proceeded to use a spoon to scoop out the whipped cream and then hand the coffee back to me… …in most cases, a server will make you a new coffee. The Carmelita bar was decent; it’s made with caramel, chocolate, and oats, and is most likely too sweet for the average person.
What I enjoyed most about this Peet’s location is the view. I was lucky enough to snag the table closest to the restroom, which offers a great view of the main intersection, and is a great place to sit down and read.
This location is out of the way for me to go to, but if I’m in the area again and crave coffee, I’ll most likely return.

A welcoming café with friendly, fast service.
This place has some of the friendliest, down-​to-​earth baristas. Small talk is simply being friendly and a part of customer service. These guys won’t leave you hanging if you say hello and would respond with same amount of friendliness.
When it comes to chain cafes, drinks are nearly identical, given if they follow the recipe. This location does their drinks right so no complaints there.
I knocked down 1-​star because of their inability to scan my phone to use an eGift card. The barista apologized and asked me to bring in a printed version, which I had no problem in doing. However, even after bringing a printed copy, they were unable to scan it (or apparently, lacked a scanner to do so?).
Either way, the poor barista ends up punching in a million numbers to activate my card. Not a huge deal, but I say, it’s about time to invest in those scanners to make it easier for the customers and your employees.
Avoid the Starbucks on San Tomas and El Camino, and stop here instead. You’d be treated with more kindness.

New: After I gave a one star for the below experience, the customer service contacted me through Unilocal and they said they would handle the issue with this particular branch. I got two free drinks to give Peets a «second chance», ordered another Soy latte and I hope I am not just envisioning this, but it tasted better two times and on my third visit, the soy milk tasted kind of sauer again. I think the staff needs to be trained better since when the barista redid my order the soy milk was fine so she said she might have wipped it too much. There seems to be inconsistency in how the drinks are prepared.

Ahm there are times when I regret getting Peets coffee. I think the milk in my latte was spoiled. Not the first timeit happened.

I am so biased when it comes to Peet’s. So far, I’ve only experienced positive experience with the cashiers and baristas. The only thing they’re missing from when they first opened are gluten-​free pastries. When they made a mistake on my order, they just gave me the drink w/​the mistake and made me a new drink. Since this is a newer location, it’s kept pretty clean.

Cool, quiet, friendly staff. Seating is plentiful. Cup of joe is good.
It is COLD As F in here. Keeps you awake when you need to study.

Aww, I like this store.
It’s pretty big and the seating is well distributed in the store — HOWEVER ! It makes the place a tad stuffed.
There was this one time (at Band Camp… LOL) two older ladies said that had the place been more generous with space, I wouldn’t have needed to squeeze behind them.
Oh well.
Service is not so bad.

This store is nice and clean. The crowd that hangs out seem decent and behaved — meaning harmless ! :p
The wall decors make it look contemporary thus making it more homey and comfortable to hang out in.

The workers are very sharp and friendly. I always ask for slight customization and they are on the same page.
Store is obviously very clean because it’s new and there is always one worker handling the front and another making drinks.
Worker apologized for the delay when there really wasn’t.
Parking gets a little packed during lunch hours but these guys are trained and ready to go!

I like that it’s close, but they aren’t the greatest location. I’ve been in a couple of times so far. Drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes the latte has a decent amount of foam, other times it’s just milk. On my visit this morning I was hungry, so I got a pastry with my drink. Super stale, like it had been sitting out since yesterday. Not pleasant.
The store itself is nice. It’s fairly narrow, which makes for a slightly awkward space to wait for your drink. Fortunately they seem pretty quick.

Great new Peets in the revamped Santa Clara Town Center. Large clean with a good sized patio. It maybe dead of winter but it was near 80 degrees F outside, so we set up some shade and hung out in the warm day. Large hibiscus iced tea really hit the spot. I wish i could just lounge like this every day
