Panda Express

This place is always clean and has good service. They greet everyone nicely. I’ve never had an issue here so as far as fast food goes, it’s pretty good for Chinese take-​out.

Food was good. I came at a good time where the line was short. Everything was great but my broccoli beef had little beef other then that it would of been 5 stars. Btw Broccoli beef is best when it just comes out.

Panda express management has to train their employees on customer service especially if they are front of the line employees. Employees who are rude and short with people need not be in the front but rather in back of the house or find a better job they are happier with.
Food at Panda is same as any other Panda… but i think what makes a chain restaurant excel from the rest is the service they provide. Sadly, this location has poor service.

Oh orange chicken. Perfectly, heavenly, fried pieces of lovely, orange goodness. That is, if made fresh and not sitting under the heat lamp for hours on end. I’ve, unfortunately, consumed those varieties of sad morsels. But! That is not what you get at this location’s branch.
My husband is convinced this location has the freshest tasting entrees, and I have to actually agree with him (for once!). We have probably ate here a handful of times (like 4) and each time every entrée I have chosen tastes fresh and perfectly prepared. Although this is located in a rather busy shopping plaza (you have to fight the movie theater goers, Walmart shopping center, and TJ Maxx) it is totally worth it. Both my husband and I go out of our way to come here, despite having one right down the road on first street.
Hopefully the quality and consistency remain in the years to come– especially considering this is still a new branch.
Now go eat some orange chicken, and thank me later!

The food was great. I got mushroom chicken, veggies, and chow mein. I also tried some orange chicken. Everything seems very fresh, and the place is well kept. The portions were very big as well (well worth the money.) I love Panda Express and this one is the only one near me, so I will definitely be back. On the other hand, they are a bit disorganized with passing along orders and are not very friendly.

Service sucks! Not friendly at all, they don’t know what to do when there’s a long line of people. Ordered spring rolls, and they don’t ask if I want condiments. Soup is always cold… I’m not really sure why the lady cashier asked for my ID when she didn’t ask the person after me, that’s very rude…

This location has the most delicious entrees ever. It seems like they cook in small batches so the food under the hot light do not stay out very long until refilled with new portions. The meat does not have too much vegetable fillers and is seasoned perfectly. Glad this is near school!
Unlike Kentucky Fried Chicken that sells fried chicken, Panda Express does not sell Panda meat!!!

Avoid ordering online PERIOD. Even when trying to beat Lunch hour in advance (as we ordered our food 2hrs prior) you STILL have to wait for your order 10−15min after, because that’s when they actually prepare your food! RIDIC! Andddd… They forgot one of our plates to be made, so add additional 7min to the wait time! First and last!

My first time here. Clean place, fast service. Delicious food, no complaints.
The only bad thing is that they don’t use gloves! I don’t care if they actually touch your food or not but they should use gloves when it comes to food!
