This have to be the best Kaiser around town. I’ve moved to Fremont and still travel the 45mins to go this Kaiser. The doctors and facility is just great here. We had our son here and the help they provided to new parents was so helpful. My sister had her kids from a high rated hospital in Palo Alto and had the worst experience with no new parent help.

Do not buy your Delta Dental insurance through Kaiser. I had the absolute worst customer-​service nightmare by doing so. Kaiser wasted at least 5 hours of my time chasing up on dental insurance commitments they made that were not kept. I filed a petition for re-​consideration, which was denied. So I just canceled the dental portion of my insurance. Total waste of hard-​earned money.

Excellent doctors! I have never had a problem with any doctors here. Their building is very nice, big, and clean! They are always on top of things. I love how I can get a hold of my doctor any time I want! They take extremely good care of their patients. I feel comfortable when I walk into the building which is nice for people who don’t like going to the doctors!
