I am not a Unilocaler… But I took the time and effort to Unilocal this place! Mainly because I want to tell anyone to please please please STAYAWAY from this place! They do not only lack customer service but they are sneaky and liars! And they don’t stick to their warranty plans… So as everyone else that went here, my IPhone Screen was broken… Some guy with a strong accent said he will do it for 145 which is what most places would charge for an IPhone 6. So he told me to come back in 15 mins and I did he asked me to check the screen and I did it worked well, I paid him 145 cash I don’t think he included tax, and he never Never offered to give me a receipt but it was my fault I should have asked I was just in a rush and realized that I didn’t get it last minute … After I paid him he forcefully aggressively tried to get me to buy a cover for my phone… I understand it’s business but if I clearly said No thank you… You don’t have any right to tell me. «don’t come back again all sad when ur phone breaks» you are not my parent and have no right to speak to a customer that way! There plenty of places I can get a cover from… So it gets worse, after I went home I noticed that the volume buttons and the power button wasn’t working like ATALL! Now I have used my phone for about a week with a broken screen and I could swear they were working fine! So after I noticed that I said no big deal I’ll go back and let them know… Because it happened has he was fixing the screen… So I go back and I politely explain my situation and asked if there is anything they could do… One of the guy there rudely said No «it’s not our problem» and then asked to see a receipt but I explained how I was never offered one but I described who the previous guy that fixed the screen was and how much I paid and what time and day it was and I said I don’t expect u guys to do it for free mainly because I don’t have a receipt but atleast charge me for half, After-all the mistake was caused by you! But he said Nothing we can do… No «I’m sorry» or «I wish there was something I can do» just a straight No with a rude voice! I don’t think anybody deserves to be treated that way. They should be out of business! For good! So please guys take your money else where! And not this unprofessional garbage place!

This place rocks! They are very close to the Apple Store and way cheaper than their competitor in the kiosk right next to them. My rear camera went bad and Idan, the owner fixed it for me on the spot. This is the picture we took so he could verify the quality of the new camera. Thanks guys!

Stay away, these guys do not stand behind their warranty and will make up any excuse to tell you the issue has nothing to do with their screen, Charging exactly what Apple does however the services and parts are no where close to that of Apple’s. Accessories are super expensive as well and you can find them 90% cheaper on any website. Save your hard earned money.

Worst place ever, I got two iPhones 6 screens fixed by them and they both don’t work. I have visited them 5 times but they refuse to fix it stating its either software issue or physical damage. Go to apple for screen fix, it’s same price. Unethical way of doing business. Also the tampered glass they will impose on you for$ 39.99, don’t buy it, it’s $ 6.99 on Amazon.
