Not a friendly business at all. I didn’t like how as soon as I stepped inside the store they demanded to see my ID before even greeting us. As I began to look at the inventory the cashier closely followed me as if he thought I was going to steal something. If you want to shop at a quality smoke shop with awesome vibes I recommend city rock smoke shop just a couple minutes down the street. Don’t waste your time here.

Been looking to get a new water pipe. Luckily I found this spot. Found the one I was looking for! A nice little diamond glass with a deal! All thanks to Shazard and Braheem. Definitely a place of business and variety! Worth the drive as they are very patient and appreciative of their customers. Can’t wait to go back for another piece!!!

A couple of real honest guys running this place. I may be biased because I live so close but from day one Muhammad and Co. Have been taking care of all of my glass and paraphernalia needs.
Honest competitive rates continue to bring me back and for repeat customers they tend to throw something in to sweeten the deal.
Anyone giving a negative rating probably was just trying to take advantage of the shop and failed to do so.
SUPPORT the small guys!

Abraham is nothing less than a consummate gentleman who still practices the rapidly dying arts of «customer service» and «manners.» As a 52 yr old mother of 3 grown boys, I’ve always demanded such from my boys to practice, so to find and be delighted that Abraham was obviously raised right, sold me & warmed my heart. That being said, this young man could be selling me dead rats (an animal I loathe), and I’d walk away happy ~ he is thankfully instead selling me much needed pot-​related items I use to combat neuropathy & anxiety (gifts breast cancer left behind) ~ in closing, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOT BOX for lovely & innovative smoking products.

Never disappointed! I live in southmost San Jose (a 20 – 25 minute drive) and I’ll drive out of my way to come here. I came back to buy my first pipe in March at Peace Pipes (their sister store right down El Camino) and just walked out of Hot Box yesterday with my first beautiful water pipe. Huge thanks to Braheem for always hooking it up!

I came in to buy a ton of shisha and was really indecisive about what to choose. So many great choices from Starbuzz. I was helped immediately and when I asked for all the best mint flavors, he started to pull out all his best recommendations. Definitely ended up buying more than I planned! And then he told me about the Unilocal discount which I didn’t know about initially. Thanks so much! I’ll be back soon for more hookah supplies.

Undoubtedly worth 5 stars… I visited this shop for the first time yesterday and the shopkeeper was really nice and patient, helped us in picking up good hookah and gave helpful advise that actually worked. The coal that we picked up did not work he was kind enough to take that back and proactively give us other coal that would work with our cooking range, without any cost. He also gave us 15% Unilocal checkin discount of which I was not aware.
I was worried for being cheated in the smoke shop looking at reviews for other smoke shop and hearing few of the experiences of friends, but this shop made my 1st time hookah buying experience really wonderful.

I came here to buy a new vape pen. Moe hooked me up woth a great deal and an amazing product. I told him that I need to quit smoking cigarettes, and I needed alternative to it. I also told him that i dont like charging the battery every 2 hours; he gave me the new Ego twist 2200 mAh battery and the Kangertech tank. Now, i smoke only 1 – 2 cigarettes a day instead of a pack and a half. What a great product.
The pricing was very great and on top of that, they still gave me a great price. the service and the staff are great.

Braheem was so nice and patient with helping my girlfriend and I select a great hookah tobacco. «Tangerine dream» is as good as he said.
Highly recommend this shop as the prices are fair and the people friendly.

Just randomly strolled in here while we ate our ice cream from the Mongolian place next door. My first impression was how filthy the place was. Not only was there filth between the counter and the windows that you can see from the outside, the cabinets, displays, and everything else you can see had a thick layer of dust. No thanks.

Good prices for day-​to-​day needs, and good selection of pipes in the back. I go here to get the RAW pre-​wraps and that organic hemp/​cotton bees-​wax line for an organic, natural, smoking experience :)
Friendly staff and a totally chill environment in the quiet town of Santa Clara. I’m glad to have a business like this so local to where I live.

The bf wanted to pick up some stuff and found this place nearby. Way down El Camino. Super old area. But hey, if we hadn’t have come here, I wouldn’t have noticed C & J’s Sports Bar on the corner!
Not super friendly but great customer service. Lots of selection from hookah gear to pipes to cloves.
I could have stayed longer… it smelled so yummy from the hookah that was burning. I hate smoking… but I looooove the smell. I’m addicted to second-​hand smoke.
