Horrible service. Being ignored by a waitress when your asking for napkins is embarrassing and just rude l. The food is cold and taste like its been sitting

We always like coming to this Dennys compared to San Jose where its too overly crowded. I prefer this Dennys over the Lawrence location also. This place is friendly and clean and clean restrooms a plus!

This place has given me trouble before and it’s really upsetting to come back and find out that they haven’t improved at all. I’ve been sitting for 30 min without them even getting my order and now they are taking 20 min just to make my food. The Coke was basically water. Very upset once again don’t come here

I been there with my friend couple of times, The cleanness was AWFUL!!! The floor was very mess, food all over the floor. The bathroom was mess also, TP, paper towels all over the floor, the toilet was also mess, nasty. The first time we were there the wait to order was bad, they forgot about us. The second time were there: It was still mess all over the floor. Had no LAVA Cake sad face.

I never thought I’d be impressed by a Denny’s, but surprises in life happen all the time. No line, no wait, superb service, delicious healthy options and excellent value. For someone who does not like pancakes, I’m now a fan of the whole wheat pancakes with candied pecans topped with fresh bananas served with egg whites and turkey bacon. Yum!
It’s the best of both worlds, old and new, good vibes with friendly staff and modern high chairs. I will travel to this location again and again.

I ordered to go, and by the time I got all the way back to my hotel and opened everything up, they did not give me any syrup for my pancakes or butter.
And they only gave me one fork to share between myself and my wife. (I told them it was 2 orders).
When I called to complain the lady who picked up just said «Ok…».
Wow, what horrible customer service. Now I have to drive all the way back there.

Very slow and rude service. There were just a few customers there but it took the servers quite awhile to bring our main. We had to remind them to bring our main actually and it was lukewarm when served. There were a few forced smiles and lots of non acknowledgment. Lots of passive aggressive looks on their faces when serving too. The food was below average as well. I liked their chicken soup but I could care less for their pancakes, hash browns, and biscuits. They were all way too salty. Also, on the menu, it specifically stated I can order my eggs soft boiled but when I mentioned it to the waiter, he kept rudely saying «no, no, no.» I pointed to the menu to show him and all he still said was no. At least give me a proper explanation why you can’t soft boil a couple of eggs for five minutes. I was sick too and wanted them more cooked but I guess they didn’t want to hear it. Not going back here. There are way better places with better service.

Decent place. friendly service. this is a better place than some of the other Denny’s like the one near Lawrence expressway and Saratoga
so we prefer this location.

Other than slow service, uncooked food, and false expectations based on the pictures on the menu, it was fine.
This restaurant has been remodeled fairly recently, so it looks nice. The waitress was as fast as maple syrup, which gave us a lot of time to enjoy the ambiance.
My blueberry pancakes were still liquidy inside in some places.
My companion had seen a bunch of vegetables in the picture on the menu, but what was served was basically just meat.
Other than that, it was about what you would expect from a Denny’s (actually those are probably within the realm of expectations as well).

I mean really, does your guy’s phone work at all or you guys just don’t like answering it. I am sure you guys aren’t to busy at 4AM and even then it shouldn’t take you guys more than 10 times for me to call and still no answer. Every time I call to place an order for pick up it’s just impossible to do so, and till today I still am unable to get an answer.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

Quick, fast service that we wanted. They took a little bit to give us our water but our food came out very quickly. However we had:
Bacon that looked like they were the microwavable ones and pancakes that tasted like eggos. :)
The servers were very nice and consistently checked up on us.

Back again for a wonderful lunch! The staff is always great not to mention the delicious food!!! Thank you all so much for always making your customers feel like family!

Food was good. The service was good! It was your traditional Denny’s atmosphere.
When we went in, it was an early dinner so it wasn’t crowded. They kinda took a little while to get our drinks but the food came out promptly.

I was bemused. I haven’t gone to a Dennys in quite a while. The food was good. However, the kicker was the greeter. She took our names and said it would be fifteen minutes. After 20 a waitress came and called our name, i go up and see that the greeter has been making us wait while she is calling all the latino parties first. Even worse, she turned to the waitress and said No, until she saw me looking at the list. I thought nah, they must be smaller parties. Nope, same number of people. So i guess if i ever go back to that Dennys (totally unlikely) i will give the name gonzales. #reversediscriminationisntcute

I can’t believe they wrote the TIP for themselves…
But anyway, I like how they served us quick (it’s 10 pm in the evening when we got here). But their STEAK tastes nasty. Overall, I like the place, but the TIP made me mad because they wrote it themselves (like literally wrote it by themselves)

Great service and food!
Oh my gosh, we were not expecting this from a denny’s! This was affordable and amazing! In case the owner sees this, we came at 5÷24÷15 at 10 P. Mish and the chefs were great! They absolutely deserve a raise. Affordable delicious food.

Awesome service and great for large, loud groups (like theatre people)! The FitFare Skillet is great!

I don’t expect much from Denny’s because their service is always the same no matter where you go. This was the worst I’ve been to.
It took about 10 minutes to be seated which is no problem for a table of 11. But once we were, the guy was like, «11, I don’t think we have one yet.» So we say back down and waited another 5 minutes. This was the start of it all. We then were seated in the reserved party room which was nice but I got worried they wouldn’t be able to remember us.
We were seated at 2. We were tired and dehydrated from the club last night and the guy gave us menus and took our order of waters. Looked at our menu and decided. We waited about 15 minutes (yes I watched the clock) for someone to come back with out waters and take our order. My cousin politely went over and asked someone to where we waited another 10 minutes for.
We waited again for our waters and had to politely ask again which took awhile too and I had noticed the people who were seated the same time as us had eaten and already left. The server joked around and said it will take 5 hours to receive our meal. He was joking. By 2:58, we had enough and left.
Apparently our food was sitting at the pass ready for us but we were so over having to ask them twice for service. We shouldn’t of had to ask another time if our food was ready.
When we left, we also noticed there wasn’t really much table that were filled.
Just another annoying night at Denny’s

It’s been a good while since I’ve eaten at Denny’s. I’ve got to say — they really did a good job at refreshing their menu.
Best part about this Denny’s? Their drink menu. Seriously, so many options. Drink as in soda, tea, lemonade… do you want a shot of flavor in there? do you want caffeine free?
My goodness — Coca Cola did a great job with those machines that give you anything you want really.
Next — milkshakes. Peanut butter & chocolate milkshake is very good!
The food is okay — nothing great but it’s not horrible. Typical diner food. It’s the milkshakes and breakfast ²⁴⁄₇ that I say are pretty much Denny’s sweet spot for years.

I don’t think I have ever been to Denny’s in the light of day, not including if I was just stumbling out of the club and scratching my eyes out from the sunlight as if I was a vampire and the sun rays were causing me to combust into flames. So it was kinda trippy to walk into one smack dab in the middle of the day (Ok, ok. more like 11am). We were to lazy to drive far and the Canadian, in his never ending search for the perfect Club Sandwich, wanted to try it here so I was game.
What I swallowed:
CARAMEL BANANA FRENCH TOAST: Good thing Denny’s serves breakfast all day ‘cuz that’s one meal I could definitely eat all the time. Love me some french toast and you can’t really go wrong with this so I’m glad they didn’t phuck it up. French toast was good, crispy edges and soft middles. I was afraid the caramel was going to be too sweet and too much but it just gave it the right amount of sweet, especially coupled with the bananas. The sausage and eggs-​over easy just balanced it nicely.
No fru-​fru breaksfast here. Glad I didn’t have to be wasted with one eye open and my head tilted to one side just to enjoy the very simple, Denny’s breakfast.
