So I came here for the 2 for $ 3.50 breakfast deal that I order at pretty much every other carls jr. in the area. I decided to do the drive-​thru as it was raining. I come up to the machine where they take your order and ask for two sausage biscuits. «What?» the lady says. «Two sausage biscuits please» «I cant hear you!». I spent about 30 seconds or so repeating myself and she never even heard me. «I’ll order at the window». Their machine was clearly having problems or she needed to turn up the volume as I was saying it very loud and clearly.
Well, I got to the window and made my order and she rudly responded «we don’t have that deal!» fine I thought, maybe its over (it’s still on the website though). I responded with a no problem and decided to use my other coupon for $ 1 off a hotlink biscuit.
I show her the coupon on my phone and she said «you have to print it out!». Mind you, no where on the coupon does it say print it out, and on top of that this is 2016, every other fast food place in the area takes mobile coupons and deals.
I read the fine print on the bottom of the coupon and emphasized that is simply said to «show this coupon when you order» no where does it say to print it out.
«We won’t take that coupon you need to print it out and come back!» she rudely told me.
I decided to stop wasting my time with these people and drove off before even ordering. Not worth the struggle.
If I could give 0 stars I would, it was that bad.

Understaffed… cheap owner. A supervisor that can’t handle even the smallest rush and the people in the kitchen don’t always wear gloves to handle food.

This is the second day in a row that I have used their drive-​through service. Both times I have asked for criss-​cut fries with my order; both times they have given me regular fries. I figured that the first time was a fluke. When I was at the intercom box the second time, I made sure to speak loudly and clearly when ordering the fries. The woman heard me because she repeated my order (including the fries) back to me. I confirmed my order, pulled up to the window and paid. I received my food and left. When I get back to the office to eat, I realize… they did it AGAIN! I don’t understand how they messed up my order… Nobody is that stupid. Nobody.

Never any issue with my orders. Always friendly and very fast service! Great quality food. Carl’s jr rules!

Tried going to the drive thru tonight & the employee answer asking what we wanted once we asked him to wait a minute to figure out what we wanted. after nobody responded we waited for about 3 –4 mins for nodody to answer

No receipt was given. I asked for my receipt but she didn’t even respond and just turned away. I asked for the receipt because she gave me the wrong change but I’m already sick of the people behind honking their horn I left. Never ever going back to this place.

We were over at the Target on El Camino Real and wanted burgers since my buddy won’t eat real Asian food. Grrrr.
This popped up on the app and seemed okay. The dark parking lot made it interesting to find a good place. Also, the spaces in front of the store seem to have wheelchair accessible markers, but with it being dark, I couldn’t tell whether they were current or not. The lines marking the spaces seemed less than optimal, as well.
This is not a Green Burrito location. Durn. The staff was friendly and we got a couple Famous Star combos. I really wish they’d offer smaller burgers that their sister company Hardee’s has, along with the Mushroom Swiss Burger.
The food was ready quickly, but then, the store was almost empty with only a few drive-​thru customers and us. Food was good, and the table was clean.

Came here right after dropping off my car to the car shop down the block to fix my alignment. It’s right next to the Home Depot. This was the closest food joint to the car shop so I came here because I was starved lol the service was great. Didn’t wait too long to get our food. I like that they bring your food to your table bc I don’t like getting up to pick up the food. I ordered the teriyaki burger which was alright. And I also ordered zucchini fries which was also alright. It wasn’t too busy. That is all.

I hate this location! Rude non-​english speaking workers with major attitude. Hurrying everyone along like cattle spouting «what can get you». I asked if they had a plain grilled chicken sandwich and after 5 min trying to explain what that was, she said yes. What I received was barbeque sauce scraped off the chicken. Pitiful.

If you work in the datacenter/​tech industrial/​auto industrial/​warehouse that is this area, you dont have many choices. Especially quick ones. I actually ran into a friend here once (first official employee at Facebook which wasnt a founder!) cause he was stuck doing dc stuff too. Western Bacon Cheeseburger fills the void nicely. Perhaps one of those flavor profiles I loved as a kid and still do. Ambiance is really nothing to love here though.

Just got home From Carls Jr. I had a coupon for 2 Bacon Swiss Crisp for $ 6. Added large fries and criss cut fries as well. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized that we paid for bacon Swiss crisp but just got regular chicken sandwiches. That’s annoying right? Last time I went to one was years ago due to food poisoning from a different location, now that I tried again I get the wrong order. Not only that but it took a lot longer then any fast food drive through and we were ²⁄₃ and inside didn’t look busy either.

Man– I came here for breakfast hungry and with low blood sugar wanting something quick to eat before an appointment. I got hammered by the way this chicken sandwich I ordered looked. The bread was smashed flat, was it supposed to look this way, I don’t think so. The chicken was overcooked and dry, it looked like road kill. Did you ever eat something cause its all you had at the time, well I took one for the team and ate it all but for $ 8.21 total I should of skipped breakfast and waited for the Vietnamese Place to open shhesh. This Carl’s Jr. shares a parking lot with Home Depot, which is convenient because doing home improvement projects and running around picking up hardware will make a man real hungry.
I was surprised at how clean the inside of the restaurant was. The floors and tables were spotless. Even the lamps overhead were polished and shining happily.
The guy who took our order was polite and friendly. The food came quickly.
There were lots of turkey burgers on the menu — I think that’s a relatively new addition, and they’re cheaper than some of the other options. The only gripe I have is that my turkey burger was dry as the Sahara. Granted I asked for no sauce, but even the chicken burgers with no sauce are still tender and juicy. Next time I’m paying the extra $ 1 for chicken.

I frequent this Carls Jr often, it being just up the road from work. They are consistant on the food with friendly service.

worst experience ever, even complained, wrote emails, no one ever did anything to make me want to go back. in fact it made med sick. the burger was like it was cooked and then put between 2 phone books for six hours so it was hard and cold, the lettuce had been turned brown and the fries were soggy and cold. if i knew exactly who it was that had a hand in serving me something i wouldnt even let my dog eat there would be huge repercussions. they should be shut down and the employees should be imprisoned. do not eat there

I had better carls Jr. Here the food is more oily and when I get my food, it’s on the warm side, nor hot and fresh. The crisp cut fries are over cooked. And the one that hands your food has attitude or lacks patience when I’m deciding what I want. There are hardly any cars waiting in the drive thru each time I go here

Came here for dinner last night. Hit the counter instead of the drive through. Most of the time your food is fresher when you do that.
The burger was tasty, and it seemed really fresh.
The fries on the other hand tasted pretty soggy and like they had been sittin under the heatlamp for a while.
Loved the burger though. :-)
