Definitely my favorite store. I love how clean n airy it is. I enjoy taking my time browsing around here n keeping tabs on some favorite items to lookout for on future sales. The number one sale I look forward to are their 50% off clearanced items. Total steal. Happens once every couple or so months. Service is a gamble as only some clerks know what they’re doing, especially with tricky transactions like returning online orders, adjusting prices and matching prices of in store merchandise to online prices. I shop on my app n I often see items in the store at regular price that are listed on sale(much cheaper) online… So I request they adjust it. Rather than me buying online n waiting for it or paying shipping charges if my order ain’t over $ 50. Park in the garage by The Habit n it’s a very short walk. 75 minutes free.

Nice store with a unique blend of items to purchase. You have to look around for bargains because some of their items are a bit pricey.

Really nice patient customer service. Everything seems pretty organized and folded too, no matter how busy it is.

I usually have good experiences shopping at UO but not the last two times I was here. They need to specify where the line to check out begins instead of taking customers from left and right without regards to who came first.

Great Urban, with pretty great people working there. How do I know? On our trip, after the fantastic dinner at Natural Café, we wandered and ended up here where I finally got a 135 Holga! Ah I love that film camera. I’d always wanted to get a film camera, tempted every time I went into an Urban, and finally I found one on sale because it didn’t have a box. Pshh who needs it anyway? So I got the camera, and some film, but for the life of me I could not figure out how to open the back to load the film. I started to worry I was missing some key directions without the box, so I asked a sales person if they knew how to open it. They gave it their best shot, and then asked practically everyone else in the store, even going so far as to open up one in a box and see if there were directions(there weren’t). So even though they couldn’t figure it out, everyone was so cool and nice about it joking with me it was fine! Turns out, as we kept walking I YouTubed how to load film into it, and about 20 minutes later my new Holga was good to go. But major props to the people who work here. You guys are awesome.

I love this store brand. Every time I see this store, I have to pop in. The clothes and accessories are eclectic and fun. Though, I don’t usually shop here unless there’s a sale. Retail price is too high for my budget. The fun part of shopping is finding a bargain. And ta da! I found a cute pair of heels in my size for 75% off. Awesome! That makes the perfect UO experience for me. This store is made for browsing and finding a good laugh. Pop in even if you don’t plan on buying anything.

I highly recommend shopping in their sale sections. If you do, you’ll often find super cute, somewhat-unique stuff for very reasonable prices. They usually have a woman’s sale section, a man’s sale section(nor the woman’s) and a houseware sale section(especially good for gifts). Watch out though because on your way to reach the sale sections, you will likely find something full-price(and over-priced) that you just«must have»! At least when you average the prices including all your sale items, they will be somewhat reasonable again…

while I might be opposed to buying overpriced thrift store clothing manufactured en masse, damn, some of their accessories are fun. touché, UO, touché. UPDATE: I’ve caught wind of an UO raping downtown Ventura. Am petrified on the city’s behalf.

This is your typical Urban Outfitters — smaller than average I’d say, all on one floor. It’s in downtown Santa Barbara so it gets a fair amount of traffic(it gets picked over). I seem to always buy quite a few Christmas gifts here. They have cool toys(Japanese figurines) and reasonably priced gloves, scarves, fun tee shirts, lip glosses, etc. Keep your eye on their sale books and the 50% off previously marked down merchandise sales. The jewelry in particular is really not worth the price given its quality(try Forever 21 instead) but overall I am quite fond of the store. The purses/totes, shoes and plain t-shirts are the best deals at the store. I adore Lux t-shirts. Right now they even have Smurf t-shirts! Hope I get one for Christmas. Update: I did get a Smurf tee for Xmas!
