Great find a la fiancée! PARKING: Structure right next to the restaurant — very easy access with 75 minutes free! FOOD: –Burrata, mixed mustard greens, walnuts, Xeres vinegar dressing, seasonal fruit, lemon zest and black pepper: The lemon was quite strong in this app, but I love that the acidity helped cut through the creaminess of the burrata. Burrata was velvety and super fresh — loved it! –Duck confit and pork belly: I’m a sucker for duck, and this confit was done quite well. My only hesitation was that the skin wasn’t as crispy, but it does seem like they did it in a more sous vide style. Pork belly was PERFECTION — I’m a big fan of this one. Brussels accompanied the dish, but it seemed like they were steamed and didn’t add much to the dish. I’m wondering if it was designed as a light break from the heaviness of the proteins. SERVICE: Very friendly and prompt. They were quick to refill drinks in the beginning and were circling around the restaurant throughout our meal. Perfect stop over before the drive back to LA. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hours!

This place is absolutely incredible on all levels. The food is impeccable and the service is white glove. As visitors of the area, I’ll definitely be back to fine next time I’m in the area. Make sure to try the scallop crudo is fantastic and if you want a wine that will pair with all dishes, try the Windrun Pinot noir! Thank you for the fantastic experience, Black Sheep!
