Express Cleaning

I’ve scheduled three cleanings with Roberto and Rosie.
The first cleaning went very well. The price was fair, the cleaning job was excellent!
The second appointment did not go well. They showed up 4 hours late, turning my hour lunch break to let them in into a half day of waiting. They called each hour, informing me they were in the car and on their way. Clearly was not the case until the final call. When they finally showed up, they rushed through the job, taking half has much time and cleaned half as much as the first visit, overlooking cleaning the bathrooms altogether. Instead of adjusting the bill, they charged just as much as the first visit and promised to make it up to us the next time.
The third appointment was scheduled for today. Again, I went home expecting them at 11:30am. I called Roberto 20 minutes after our scheduled time to find out he had forgotten about the appointment again. He told me his ‘regulars’ have a habit of calling to remind him 30 min before appointments since he typically forgets or finds himself too busy… something hard to believe since it was Roberto who set the time and date for today’s cleaning.
Needless to say, we will not be using this service again.

Roberto is great! He came to my house last minute to give a quote (which was ridiculously affordable) and even managed to squeeze me in a couple hours later. He did a great job, my carpets look brand new and was extremely friendly and uptone. Another company quoted me $ 650 for the job, and Roberto not only gave me a great rate but did an exceptional job. So glad I kept looking and found Express cleaning.

I even got some great advice on how to maintain my wooden floors clean and my porch. It turns out that carpet cleaning is also a specialty of his which surprises me because he did such an amazing job on wooden floors. And the price was unbelievable. I called him again last week to do general cleaning on my walls, ceiling, and bathrooms. Once again, blown away. For someone who is trying to get his name out there, Roberto and his wife Roci set the standards. I’ll be calling them very very soon. But for your reference he also cleans offices and businesses (he used to clean at the Apple Store!)

Roberto and Rosie are amazing! I too worked at Apple with them for years and eventually had them help us renovate our new home and keep it in shape. Everytime that we have Roberto and Rosie over they are a blessing. The reality is we do not have them over enough. They are obviously trustworthy. They will completely ignore your «dirty laundry» in a good way. They take pride in their work and are easily worth twice what they charge. They make our lives better and have helped us build towards our future and we are incredibly grateful to them. If you are looking for good people who appreciate the opportunity to be self employed and are willing to go the extra mile for clients, then hire this dynamic duo. Don’t be lame and hire out to some big box franchise that employs people who don’t have any skin in the game like R&R.
Take my advice and you will soon be joking with your significant other about when you will next get some R&R.

I met this dynamic duo a few years ago while working at the downtown Apple Store where they were responsible for cleaning the entire store top to bottom. Not only did they do a stellar job but they were trusted in a store with millions of dollars in product in it. To this day, I wouldn’t hesitate to leave them in my home unattended.
