Now that I have a new born I have less time to prepare my food and I’ve noticed I haven’t been eating as healthy. My friend Elisha was sharing about starting her new business in health coaching and shared some of her secrets about meal planning and food prepping. I never realized how much of a difference it makes having the food prepared. It’s saving me tons of time in the kitchen and I am shocked at how inexpensive eating healthy can be! It’s also really boosted my energy especially with a new born! Oh and my husband is finally eating his salads because they are so easy to grab and of course I’m a great cook. Thanks Elisha!!!
