The WORST Wienerschnitzel I’ve been to. They always take forever. The employees don’t know how to follow simple directions or subtract math. I handed them a Gift Card that had $ 2.20 left and asked them to use all the funds up of my $ 6.70 total, then I also gave them $ 5 in cash for the rest that I owed. The girl end up charging $ 1.70 on the gift card and gave me back a balance of 50¢ instead. When I told her I again what I asked her to do, she went to talked to her manager. I told him that I asked her to use up the funds that was on the card and that I gave her cash to cover the rest, but instead she only use part of the Gift Card fund and gave me back 50¢ left on it. Like what am I going to do with a 50¢ card balance? Well, he was no help nor smart either because he asked again what was the problem. I tried to explain that I didn’t want a 50¢ balance card but in coins instead. He just gave me a stupid blank look. I gave up and told them forget it because I don’t think they’ll understand after trying to explain to them 3 times. And to top it off… even though the corn dog was hot in the outside, the inside was ice cold. Ugh… Next time I’d drive further than ever coming back to this place.

Worst customer service ever. Super rude. Treated customers like they were a huge burden… avoid this place!

This location is so run down and the service is terrible. The building looks like it is starting to fall apart, and the dinning area never seems really clean. Majority of the times I have ordered food here it has come out wrong. I swore off coming here for a while until my co-​worker was craving some WienerSchnitzel. This was the closest location so I decided to give it another shot and see if anything had been improved. I ordered two bacon wrap street dogs, just the bacon and dog only, with a normal dogs to go. Grabbed my food without checking it, I like to trust the people who serve food, and got back to work. Open the wrapping and they didn’t even serve me a bacon wrapped street dog! It had mustard, ketchup, cheese, onions, bacon, and an all natural beef hot dog. Both dogs were like this. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time on my lunch to run back to the location and get this fixed, but I am done coming to this place.

Every time I come to this Wienerschnitzel, I am always disappointed. Let me tell you why, this place is always slow and is always never busy! Their ice cream machine is pretty much always broken. The staff, 9 out of 10 times I go, are usually in their own world, rude, or don’t even greet you (um, hello! It’s called customer service!)…and speaking of customer service, majority of the time I go here, they are so rude when you are ordering at the drive thru!! all I hear when I’m ordering is… IS THAT IT. IS THAT IT. IS THAT IT. Every time before I can even finish what I want to order! It’s rude!!! And I have had lots of experiences where they have forgot to put in my food, or they would just dump your fries in the bag like all these other comments on Unilocal!So yeah… too bad they can’t have new management there! As you can tell whoever owns this franchise, they don’t care about it. Because if I owned this place, there would be a new staff in a heartbeat and I would take pride in cleaning up the inside and the ordering display menu in the drive-​through! you can barely see out of it :-/

Slow lines and they just threw my fries into the bag the fries where all over the place I think they should be more care full when they pack the food

When I first walked in, the cashiers face expression made my friends and me feel unwelcome. He was rude, and he did not even say, «can I help you». I barley heard his voice. I only heard it when he asked if my order was complete. On top of that. When our food was ready, they did not call out our number. There was about five flies landing on our hair, shoulders, and food. It was disgusting!

You get a good look of the kitchen from the Drive-​Thru windown. The employee’s work slow. As if they’re not used to having business come through often, but when they do, they still don’t care of how FAST your FOOD gets to you.

He said: We’d been to another Big W before, and the food was of a «disappointing food-​cart» quality, but this W-​chow was quite delicious. That pastrami sandwich was *really good* though it needed a little more pastrami. Fries were fresh. Drinks good. Drive-​thru experience ok. Tried to swing by LATE Friday night to top off after Disney, but they were closed.
She said: I don’t normally review the chain restaurants unless there is either something extraordinarily good or bad about the individual store (because how many McDonald’s reviews do we really need?). But when we checked in, I noticed some poor reviews of this place that are somewhat older and felt I should at least give an updated one. We went through the drive-​thru and expected an average meal. I have to say that much to our surprise, the food was really, really good! I had the Polish sandwich and it was delicious (maybe just a little too much bread/​sausage ratio… needed more sausage… but still tasty!). I tasted the hubby’s pastrami sandwich and it was really good too! The staff was friendly. They gave us plenty of napkins (without us having to ask). I would definitely go back!

Pretty well hidden but cant beat the good deals on cheap food. Try the street dogs if you like the bacon wrapped type.

The staff is lack luster. The quality of food is at best par.

This Place is nasty. The employees dont wash their hands, they handle the food without wearing gloves. The casheir acts like hes too cool to take an order.
