Jack in the Box

This is Jack in the Box people!
Of course the drive through is slow at times. That’s life, people arrive in groups, I’m not sure why, but they do, even late at night. Open your eyes and observe!
Of course they make mistakes. It is FAST food! All considered they make LESS mistakes than other chains.
As for this location, they are always as fast as possible in the drive through. Long line = longer wait. Short line, short wait.
The inside is always relatively clean. When they are busy at lunch it is a bit dirtier, but not as bad as their competition.
The food is freshly cooked (takes time people) and in many years I can’t recall even one bad experience or wrong order. Inside or drive through.
Five stars for doing a good job with FAST food.

This Jack in the Box stands out compared to all the other locations that we have been too. Never seen this, but there was ketch up in a small basket and on all the tables. Very different, and I think it was a great gesture. They were also very clean. I appreciated they brought the food to our table. The selection of drinks was great, lots to choose from. It was those new computerized machines.
Service was also great. They did not mess up our order. We saw one of their employees run after a car, because they had forgotten their drink. Who does that? As soon as he walked in, we started to applaud! lol
Definitely, not your typical Jack in the Box.

This is the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to! Nothing but morons working there including the managers!

Sandwich came on the wrong bread. Don’t charge me for something if you don’t have it. Would have been okay with me it if I was told of the substitution before hand.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would! I’m absolutely flabbergasted at how it could take 30 minutes for two breakfast meals. I mean, WHAT?! The manager and employees were unapologetic. This is extremely unacceptable service. Yes, I understand this is a fast food chain and I should not expect high quality of service but honestly, this is ridiculous.
When I complained I got a, «you can call the number on the receipt». That would be nice if I even got a receipt! So i requested their copy. See my receipt and a screenshot for time stamp. Note — I hadn’t even gotten my food by that time either. I was in a hurry and needed to be somewhere therefore, did not have the time to waste on arguing with the staff. I will be reaching out to the number on the receipt for their customer service.

I give this place a zero stars I come here on a regular basis for my gf because she loves the tacos here which is a given they are good but today I said I will never come back to this location I try not to be a a hole while I order because I’m a cook myself and I would hate people to treat me like shit while I’m cooking but today worst experience so I go up to the drive through and gentleman greets me nicely and ask me to give him a minute there was like 4 cars ahead of me but wen I got helped I felt like I was being a little difficult I asked him if the munchie meal if I was able to substitute the beef patties for a chicken one I don’t eat red mean so I asked I told him I would pay for the chicken patty of it was extra so he said ok is ur order correct I told him yea when I get to the window I apologized for being difficult and he said don’t worry and gave me my order in a bag he didn’t give me a drink to begin with then to top it off I never check my orders when I’m at restarunt but for some reason I did today so I see the box they gave me my meal in and it has a sticker that says grilled chicken sandwiches open the burger and no chicken it was beef now that pissed me off because y would u put a chicken sticker and no chicken in it makes no sense so I go in ask for a new one and they wanted to put the chicken in the same sand which to top it off wow get it together I just told u I don’t eat red meat I had to ask them to make me a brand new lastly when I get my order they apologize and I look at the sand which and the damn cheese isn’t melted like they slapped two pieces of cheese on top of each other so I can leave well u know what forget this place ruined my appitite gave that to my dog when I got home he enjoyed it mor then I did I enjoyed my ice tea … Thanks for ruining my appitite jack. I do not recommend that u make any specific desires when u come here it will throw the kitchen off and mess ur order up get it together

Actually a very good shop. Unlike other stores this one almost always gets the order right l. Plus new butter burgers are very good. Stepping it up.

¹⁰⁄₁₀ it’s always a drive through order. The service is fine, don’t expect too much from a fast food. I don’t understand why people complain about fast food service, this isn’t an upscale restaurant that thrives on customer service. They do their job. What are you expecting? The service is fast and the food is always decent. These are what my bf and I really like:
Jalapeño poppers
Twisted strawberry cooler (limited time only?)
Spicy chicken club
Tacos (who knows what they’re made up but they’re great)
Chicken nuggets (they taste more like meat than the McDonald’s ones)

I’ve been through the drive through plenty of times. Today I decided to eat in as my car was getting an oil change next door. The inside is super filthy! There were four employees just sitting in the booths eating and not picking up after other patrons. The entire time I was there nothing was picked up. Wrappers and bits and pieces of fries littered the floor. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever.

Bad service. 15min drive-​thru wait? Not only that, but after my longer-​than-​usual-​wait time, I get home & my order is completely wrong. This is the second time this happens, by the way. This was in the evening.

If I could, I would give this one a –5 star rating! I went here for a quick (somewhat healthy lunch). I got the teriyaki bowl with no teriyaki sauce, so just rice, chicken, and veggies. Nice staff. The rice is OLD. Rice turns to a different color, first opaque color, then pink once it has turned and has been sitting in a rice cooker for days, probably sitting for at least 3 – 4 days if it turned to pink. Thank goodness I did not eat it, it’s very unsanitary to serve anyone any food that has turned. I will most likely not be returning to this or any Jack In The Box, due to serving rotting food. Get a heath inspector in there PRONTO and stay away!

The breakfast is very good for a drive thru. The staff is very friendly.
