Fresh ingredients, yummy sandwiches, awesome staff, Christian based and fair prices. Good«Go To» place.

Hey — Hands down one of the best sandwiches in the area. Its pretty spacious for a sandwhich shop — plus they got outside seating. I’ll be back !

Great sandwiches! I got a half sandwich w/chicken soup and medium drink combo. The price is fair and decent considering the ingredients and quality of the food. The chicken soup was very good and the quality of chicken was very good. My friend got the chicken garlic panini and loved it. The shop can be hard to find because it’s in between a lot of industry buildings but well worth adding to your list of places to go. Lots of room inside to sit and relax while eating a good and healthy sandwich. Perfect for lunch break.

I love sandwiches and this place is not memorable. I want to say it’s a step below making a sandwich yourself and it reminds me of my high school cafeteria. The lunch meat is extra thick. Overall, I would probably rather go to Subway.

Good sandwich at a decent price. I definitely will go back 100% better looking and tasting than Subway down the street.

Nice place for lunch. We were a group of five people so we decided to try different things on the menu. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious but I especially liked their chicken pesto panini and taco chicken salad! Their chocolate chip cookies were also delicious. Portions are pretty generous and I feel that their price is really good for what you get. Would definitely return when in the area.

Fantastic corner sandwich deli. $ 4 breakfast burrito cannot be beat… they use REAL eggs. Great food, very reasonable prices. Must try.

There’s not much«soul» to this place. The staff is kinda ambivalent to the customers. Food is solid though. Prices are fair and quality is up there. It could so easily be a total gem of a spot too. This will be a regular for me anyway.

Delicious sandwiches!!! Cool combinations and very friendly staff. They are very creative, they like to offer specials every now an then so you can try different things. Reasonable priced. The place looks like a whole in the wall… But the food is really good. The place could be a candidate for«Diners, Drive-ins and Dives»

I have tried about 8 different things on their menu. Love the new pastrami, the panini and salad. My favorite so far is anything on the squaw bread. It is delicious.

This place was within walking distance of where I work so I had to check it out. I got the Avocado Healthy sandwich and I loved it! They let you customize your order(I hate mayo so it was nice that they didn’t make a face when I asked them not to put it on), and they even went the extra mile for me, wrapping up half of my sandwich for later while I ate the other half at the restaurant. There isn’t much parking nearby, and it can be annoying to turn left on the Main Street when you’re leaving, but I will be coming here again!

There is a new owner — I think he only took over in March 2015 and the food is WAYBETTER! The quality of the ingredients is way better as is the taste. I have tried a few paninis, a cold sandwich and a salad. All of my food has been delicious with good proportions. I hope some of the people who had not so great experiences here can give it another shot — it’s so worth it. I completely agree with the other reviews from when this place was under the previous management — it was practically a waste of money back then. It’s quickly becoming the new«go to» for the people in my office

The service was great, I feel that the place is pretty spacious. The girl at the register was friendly, I think she was new but had good customer skills. The cook seemed to be the owner or affiliated with the business somehow, I think his name was James. Very friendly, I felt his energy was awesome, great vibes and the food to me was super delicious. Chicken soft and juicy, with the right amount of teriyaki sauce, veggies not overcooked, and the brown rice was as well on point. I wasn’t hungry but I know that I definitely enjoyed my meal just as if I was starving, that means a lot. I will definitely go back and try other food items, and drag along my coworkers :)

Been here before under previous management and food was ok, not a first choice but in a «Pickle» I would stop by. It has been about 2 years since then, I stopped by today since I heard it was under a new owner. Same olé’ Pumper Pickle. Ordered the Turkey on Sourdough. $ 6.10 plus a $ 1.00 tip. Not worth the price or the tip. Barely had any may on the bread, seemed very dry. Sucks that at the Pumper Pickle you have to request for the pickle… how is Pickle in your name and its not automatically an included item? Gave them another chance and don’t really«regret it» but not happy with sandwich

The service was really good! Very friendly and welcoming. However, the sandwich was just average. Although, onions being onions, they should really make sure you know that they are included in the sandwich. I’m still looking for a place in OC with Dutch Crunch Bread. Any help? Anyhow, prices are decent and if i’m in the area will visit again.

The Pumper Pickle… it’s like that deli that does nothing well, and really doesn’t try to keep your business, but somehow survives. I think it must be out of «convenience» for locals that work in the businesses around here. Really, y’all should just pack a lunch. It’ll cost less and taste better. My mom has been a customer of The Pumper Pickle for around 20 years, which I’ve never understood because there are so many other options within a 5 – 10 mile radius but she likes it because it’s close and it’s fast. I’ve tried their sandwiches at least 20 times, and they’re small and not that filling, the best grade I’d give them is a C+ on taste, but a D on portion sizes and the service without a smile. She’s been ordering a chicken caesar salad from them for years… it might not be on the menu(can’t confirm bc I can’t find an online menu), but they’ve been selling it to her for years. So, she wasn’t feeling well, and asked me to pick up lunch. I call ‘em up, and the guy un-helping me on the phone said they don’t sell that salad. I told my mom, «he says they don’t have a chicken caesar.» I try to explain that they’ve sold it to her for years, could they make it for her, but he’s not budging. So, I tell him that we’ll have to call him back. I didn’t know what to do… he was so awkward about it. So she calls him back, he’s still awkward, and she told him that since they won’t make the salad then they lost a loyal customer of 20 years. What ever happened to customer service? I know they had a) lettuce, b) croutons, c) caesar salad dressing, and d) chicken. So, they’re so busy over there at 11am on a Wednesday not to throw that together? WTF.

A decent local spot for sandwiches. A co-worker raves about this place so I figured I’d give it a try. Well, it’s okay. My disappointment was in the portions. My turkey sandwich was not very filling. Also, the french roll looked more like the kind that I can buy at the market. Overall, this place is just average about on par with a Togo’s(though I’d pick Togo’s over this if given the choice), but still better than Subway.
