Pizza Hut

This place will rip you off! Be ware!!! I called in a delivery order and paid for it. After an hour I called the place back. They said they didn’t have an order under my name or phone number! I told him what I ordered and then he said it was on its way and would be about an hour and ten for delivery. It never came… Such a messed up thing to do and especially since I’m pregnant! Baby’s gotta eat too. Thanks for making us starve the last 2 hours for no reason you inconsiderate pricks!

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to!!! Service was horrible and my pizza was cold and not cooked

Took them forever to answer the phone. It’s not the first time, and when I picked up they were rude! and their delivery took about an hour. Funny thing is I literally live a block from this spot and all I ordered was a large one topping pizza. As far as this place is concern, they lost a customer. I’m gonna be ordering my pizza from Domino’s on Bristol St. At least they know how to take care of their customers and their pizza

I always order from this pizza hut. They have great customer service and the staff is friendly always going out of their way to assist there customers.

I called to get the two medium pizzas for $ 6.99 each. After being on hold for ten minutes a yellow man picks up the phone and can barely speak English. I ask him about any specials. He said, «$ 6.99 each for medium pizza any selection.» So then I start to place my order with him. Next thing I know he jumps the price to $ 7.99 each. I know it’s only a buck more but that is just bad business. The pizza went up a whole dollar in 30 seconds of talking with the guy. I cancelled my order because of bad business. I’ll never order from pizza slut again.

Not greeted when walked in, my order took 30 minutes I just ordered one thing. they take there girlfriends to work just there not even wearing uniform eating hot Cheetos.

I guess it doesn’t surprise me that this place has a low review. I live less than a mile from this place, took them an hour to deliver my pizza And then once it was delivered there was hardly any cheese or sauce. If I can figure out how to upload pictures I will. I paid $ 25 for bread… Extremely disappointed.

For my son’s 3^rd birthday party, we planned on ordering from Pizza Hut near his party location at the Santa Ana Zoo. We used the website to search which store would deliver to us (Santa Ana on Main St.) at the zoo and called in our order at 11:45am. They told us they did not deliver to that location and gave us the number of the other Santa Ana location, on 17^th St. They claimed that they did not deliver to us and gave us yet another number to call, this time to the Santa Ana store on McFadden St., which never even answered, just had a recorded advertisement. I searched on line again and found a Pizza Hut location on Walnut in Santa Ana, called and got no answer what so ever. Being EXTREMELY fed up and worried that there would be no pizza for my son’s party, I called the nearest Domino’s. They answered promptly, helped me out quickly and managed to get my order delivered to me before any of our guests arrived and it was delicious. Pizza Hut has lost a customer to Domino’s for sure.

Terrible service! I called to put in an order said it would take 15 minutes to be ready. I get there and this guy tells me my pizza is still not ready for another 15 min. So I ended up getting an order of breadsticks… My pizza is ready after another 15 minutes and my breadsticks took almost 45 min to be ready and not only that but my breadsticks were cold!

So I called first & waited 12 minutes on hold, listening to there advertisement in Spanish. My girlfriend decided to order it on-​line & actually that was the best idea ever.
After ordering it on-​line. We waited 20 mins to pick it up & guess what, it was ready! It was delicious!
All though they had no idea why there phone just rang… Hey my pizza was ready!

Besides the 12 minute wait over the phone, once we decided to order online, we went there within 15 minutes to pick it up and it was ready, exactly the way we ordered it.
Our cheesy bite pizza tastes great!

Worst fucking Pizza Hut ever!!! It’s ridiculous that I was on hold for 45 minutes and no one answer to top it off my pizza was RAW!!! That’s right NOT COOKED, RAW!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLY RAN PLACE!!!

Worst customer service ever. call to place my order they never answer. i walk in n ask how long it would take the girl said 15 min. after 30 min i ask if it was ready= no. in 5 min they said. 10 min later i ask again n they ask me for my name they where looking for my order n couldn’t find it. they scatter around till they found my receipt. my order had just been put in the oven. i ask to cancel n this girl name jazmin who claim to be the manager was rude did not try to fix the situation never apologize. i ask her for her last name n said that was private info n couldn’t give it to me. Horrible service n customer service. never going back there again

This place is the worst pizza hut ive ever been to, i ordered a pizza for delivery and it never arrived. I called an hour later and with an angry voice they said it was on the way. My pizza never arrived. I was hoping to watch The Walking Dead with some pizza but it never happened

Wow! What customer service is that? Calling to place and order and the guys answers all polite and stuff but when I asked him the difference in the pizza bread he ignored me and started a conversation with another person in the store. So un professional and not good customer service. Sorry but that’s my pet peeve and if you work in a restaurant please treat your customers as how you want to be treated.

We called last night to try and order one of the new gluten free pizzas. While they answered the phone within a normal amount of time, it took FOREVER for them to figure out where our address was even though we gave them cross streets and our house is literally two blocks away. Not sure why that should take checking with three different people… when we finally got to place our order more than 5 minutes later, we asked about the gluten free crust & the guy who answered said «gluten free? Umm maybe? We have like thin & crispy crust and that’s supposed to be like healthier.» My bf asked him to check since I have a gluten allergy and three minutes later he said «no it’s not gluten free. We don’t have that.» Useless.

Pizza Hut 806 17^th St. Santa Ana is the worst ever they send me a pizza without toppings, 30 minutes late and cold, the cinnamon sticks without icing and fail to send Red pepper and Parmesan Cheese and I specifically asked for them. I called customer service to complain and «Jose Dias» is so rude and he hung up the phone twice he did not apologize I’m really upset… I will never call Pizza Hut again and will call Papa Johns instead

Very bad Customer Service and awful pizza and breadsticks… They put u on hold for the longest time. When u make a complaint they just ignore u…

My family has been ordering from this pizza Hut for over 20 years. We got overcharged, the pizza took 55 minutes to get to us, and it was cold. The driver gave us incorrect change. Finally the manager Jose refused to apologize for Pizza Hut ’ s actions and saying that we had been overcharged by 3 dollars. This is the worst customer experience we have ever experienced. When I asked for something for a future purchase he refused. If this is how Pizza Hut treats their customers no wonder their market share is going south. I personally worked for Pizza Hut as a driver and if we had ever done anything like this the store would have been accountable for their actions. Stay away from this store. The new management will take advantage of you, give you poor service, and cold pizza.

Bad pizza! It was not cooked well! And had almost no sauce or cheese. One slice looked like they liked all the sauce and cheese.

This is a Pizza Hut I go to frequently.
I always have pre ordered through the phone (unless too busy).
They have my pizzas exactly how I wanted & exactly ready when they have said.
This Pizza Hut gets extremely busy so at times you have to bare with them for it is pressure on them to get millions of starving people there food.
**I know the feeling… I have worked for a different pizzaria before when I was 16**
Not too greasy, not too much cheese. Good Tasting Pinapple & Green Peppers =]
