Jack In The Box

I would have to say every other time my order is wrong! How can they not get my order right? Also, I have to correct them on how they order it. Sub Swiss cheese for American cheese NOT add American cheese… ugh

I went in for their new buttery Jack and it’s nothing like they display in the window. No tomatoes and no lettuce. Even tried to contact through their website and no one responds. Sucks.

This is the worst breakfast ever. This is not a «jumbo platter» I hope everybody who sees this would second think going to this place. Who ever management is should definitely check there employees

disclaimer: first time at any jack in the box ever. and also, i’m fairly lenient on fast food restaurant reviews on Unilocal.obviously they aren’t going to compare to higher quality restaurants. i will only rate a fast food place low if i experience severe problems there.
when i first walked in, i thought it was very clean. service was on par with other fast food restaurants i’ve been to. it wasn’t that busy and my order was ready fairly quickly… maybe 10 minutes?
i ordered 2 buttery jack sandwiches and curly fries to go. I’ve always love curly fries and they were warm and crispy… tasted pretty good. they had some seasoning on it that i couldn’t identify though… not a curly fry seasoning i was used to though (a la arby’s). the sandwiches were fine. the buns were a bit oily (buttery) on the outside and on the inside. i was pretty satisfied with my meal. nothing really to complain about.

This review is strictly for the new Classic Buttery Jack. It is advertised to come with a quarter pound beef patty, melted garlic herb butter and provolone cheese.
The Buttery Jack does not taste buttery in the least. There is no taste of butter or garlic. You cannot taste the provolone. And, the burger patty had no flavor of beef either.
I should have known better than to even give the burger a try. It was a waste of money and calories.

Service: shit, Food: meh, Employees: rude, Ambiance: disgusting. But then again it’s jack wtf am I expecting, but this specific jack was a no no.

Chirazza burger is horrible. They charge 0.39 extra for curly fries and they where warm not hot … The cashier was Latino and could not speak English clearly … Her accent was so bad …

I love having to do 3 laps around the drive through because the person can’t get the order correct the first 2 times. Lucky number 3 it was, the drive thru guy was acting like it was my first time each time and didn’t say sorry. I get you aren’t excited about your job but damn at least get it done correctly.

I love Jack in the Box, and this is the one I visit most often. Today I had the Supreme Croissant, and it was excellent. I like their burgers, tacos, fries, onion rings, salads, soft drinks… everything.
Today, former Congressman Chris Cox was eating lunch there too.

This Jack in box sucks big time, got number 5 that cost 8 dollar’s and 82 cents. hamburger meat was old and crusty, and bun was fallen apart. took it back, and workers didn’t understand English at all. never go back there again.

This location is super close to home so I really wanted it to work out for late night cravings but alas I’ve been disappointed — twice!
Each time I went I got the combo deal which is like $ 4 or $ 5 and it’s been a miserable experience. The workers are nice enough and even pretty friendly with all my requests but the food is just so bad.
My burger has always been a sad sloppy mess and my fries are cold — almost like they’re a day old or made really early in the day and refried or something. They were just inedible. The 2^nd time I went, I ended up throwing my meal away and going out to get something else. Such a waste of time and money. Never coming back here again.

I went there super hungry & I came home to find out that 3 of the burgers I ordered had no patties! Just the bun & bacon, what kind of s*** is that? Very disappointed! They also don’t answer their damn phone! Very inconvenient. Smh!

This place is ok, giving them only 3 stars because they usually don’t give the right items and sometimes the workers are rude or give an attitude.

Homeless’ people like to sit here, use the WiFi that they get from McDonald’s across the way and make the place stink. I’m not heartless but come on! The restaurant is clean but like I mentioned previously the place has a few homeless people lingering around that makes the place a bit unbearable to eat-​in.
Now their service is pretty slow as well. One person ahead of us and it took more than 25 minutes to get our order. Now I’m a breakfast menu girl which is why I would ever eat anything here. You really can’t mess up a sandwich and a hash brown.
Besides that many of the employees greet you with a sour face. No real smile and just a look of utter annoyance.

Very messy and not clean

Arrived there and all the staff just did was stare at me the whole time. NONE of them spoke English. WHOLE time speaking spanish. Stayed there and waited for over 15 minutes. I was the only 1 there. Whole time they just ignored me.

A clean restaurant. However, it is very slow in here (and part of that is because they are usually very busy, which is not the restaurant’s fault. By «slow», I mean specifically you may starve to death waiting for your food here if you have gone a long time without eating.
Plenty of parking, as this is in a strip mall with mondo parking all around.

THIS SPECIFIC ONE IS DISHONEST.
On January 4^th, 2013, 6:30pm I ordered churros and a cheese cake from the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and the two girls started scrambling and whispering «churros» started pretending to buy time…
They have me pay… I wait a couple minutes, and the «other» girl comes by and gives me a bag and says «here you go, thank you.»
So I start to leave and check my bag and guess what, no churros.
So I put it in reverse really quick and tell them. They started laughing and I had to wait another 5 minutes.
THOSE TWO TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE.

I take back giving this place 3 stars last time. I ordered a Sough dough Jack, Chili Cheese Curly Fries, a #11 Jack’s Spicy Chicken (with cheese $.40 per slice) Plain. The Sough dough bread was literally sogged with grease or WAY too much butter, the Chili Cheese Curly Fries had about 3 bites worth of chili with a sprinkle of noticeable cheese, and my Spicy Chicken sandwich was not plain (mayo, lettuce and tomatoes; which weren’t even on the actual chicken, they were falling out of the bun). WONDERFUL!
I’m not coming here again. Ever.

Jack is cool. Came over because we wanted food around 3am and the MCDs next door was already selling breakfast… (say what???). Anywho, grabbed a couple tacos, fries and chicken tenders.
Good food when you have alcohol in your system and I’m not complaining. Fast service… that’s how I like my fast food LOL!
