I got the #13 twice in a week; this place has great service and the folks work super hard. Sandwiches(at least the #13) were way better than Subway and for a split second I thought I was back in thy hoagie heaven of a place, Princeton, NJ.

I LOVE the sandwiches, but the staff is making me rethink my patronage. I come in almost every time they email a coupon(so nearly every other week) and this week after a particularly rough day my boyfriend and I decided to try to salvage our evening by grabbing a tasty healthy dinner at my local Jersey Mike’s. I always show my coupons on my phone, no one has ever asked me to do otherwise, but on Sunday the cashier suddenly refused to scan it, saying its«management’s policy to only take printed coupons.» I would have brushed it off had the cashier offered an apology for the abrupt policy change, but the way it was barked at us left a bad taste in my mouth. My bf wanted to speak to the manager(who conveniently was unavailable) but I’d rather just eat somewhere else. South Coast Plaza is not lacking in dining options.

Worst jersey mikes in Orange County. I came here twice and the second time I understood why it took me months before I came here again. NEVERAGAIN! They rip you off here.

I have been a pretty frequent customer but after my experience today do not plan to go back. The customer service and staffing levels have always been dramatically sub-par, but I’ve been able to put up with it until now. Today I placed my order online. I arrived at my allotted time and proceeded to wait at the pick up counter for 13 minutes — Not a single employee acknowledged my presence nor would any of them make eye contact with me. In minute 13 I was finally able to flag one of the employees down and politely inquired as to the status of my order. They went to their back bench area and pulled the ticket off the line… 28 minutes after ordering and they hadn’t even begun making my very basic turkey sandwich. Rather than telling me anything like«It’ll be up momentarily» the employee ignored me and began helping other customers. I finally got my sandwich about 5 minutes later with no words, no apology, nothing. During my 18 minutes in the store(after placing my order 15 minutes prior to that) I counted the number of people who walked in, stood in line, ordered their sandwich, received their sandwich and paid and the total was 17. 17 people got their sandwiches quicker by walking in and standing in line! Unreal.

Honestly. I love jersey mikes. They’ve never done me wrong before. But I guess serving with attitude is what one employee thought was a good idea… I was really excited to bring my boyfriend here because it’s amazing… And I was even bragging… So that sucks. I’ll stick to the one in HB on beach blvd. even tho it’s ways from me. I understand you close in 45 minutes… But you’re not closed. And now the experience sucks. Hahaha the store was empty and I’m sure thats the reason why. I get the California club in a spinach wrap. Always have. Always will… She loaded with turkey and I was extremely excited but then I asked for a tad bit more of avocado and she slapped two huge scoops and I was like… Uhm. Ok. Then I told her the rest and I DIDNT want salt and she put it on and I was like. Uhm. Ok… def didn’t offer to remake it. Then she tried wrapping it up… It was squished and she cut it and it oozed out and it was a mess. Did you really think it was okay to serve someone that? So I opened it, tried it, just got a mouth full of avocado… I love avocado don’t get me wrong but honestly. So I brought it back up and asked for a new one. Charged me for extra avo on the one before and didn’t get any. Overall this sucks. If that store manager of this store is reading this I want you to know it’s the tall girl with the buck teeth.(i normally wouldn’t insult on a review but there were no name tags) Definitely bummed the service here sucks, could really use some training. Thanks guys! UPDATE: still irritated

Pick a number, tell them the bread and order it «Mike’s Way.» The system is down, and you don’t have to worry about too many choices. They are all good, and the deli meats and cheese are sliced to order, offering the freshest sandwich, super quick. Sign up for their points program and get some fun freebies. My fave is the #13 Mikes Way with Pickles.

This is probably the closest thing I have had to a real«Hoagie»(east coast term for submarine sandwiches). I really like the Original Italian, and what makes this sandwich great is the sandwich dressing which is a combination of vinegar, olive oil, etc. The lettuce is shredded thin to blend well with the dressing and the meat to make a great combo(no pun intended). The staff is pretty friendly(especially compared to Subway) and they definitely make great sandwiches(for a chain restaurant). The prices are a little more than Subway, but you are getting way better quality meat and bread(subway uses chemicals in their bread that’s used in yoga mats). Definitely check it out!

tried this place during my break last sunday. i had never been here, i usually go to either subway or tummy stuffer for a sandwich but since tummy stuffer is closed sundays and i wasnt really feeling subway decided to give them a try. the guy working there was pretty he. pful in suggesting some that thought were the best ones, since i had never tried any of them i took his word for it and tried the steak one. it was delicious. way better than subway in the fact that they have actual meat that they throw on the grill instead of that pre cooked microwaved crap, sandwich was too big i couldnt even finish it in one siting if youre looking for a mansize sandwich with actuall steak in it this is the place to go!

Customer service was cool… we traveled from one Jersey Mike’s off MacArthur Blvd(every eatery was closed except Flipping Pizza & Carl’s Jr) to this location. The young dude working was attentive to our disappointed that they were out of wheat bread… made it possible by offering a mini sandwiches. Good looking!

Redeemed my happy birthday free sub and drink! It’s pretty awesome for them to have the promotion just by joining their email club! I’ve been to multiple locations and it’s good I like their sandwiches for lunch. Their sandwiches taste pretty heathy and fresh to me. I usually get the super sub but I tried the roast beef and provolone and that was as expected. It didn’t knock my socks off or anything but it justifies. The staff was friendly and they had great personalities and pretty clean place.

Well, well, well. A new sandwhich spot has opened up close to Subway. Why not try it out… After 3 visits there, I have come to my own personal conclusion that… There’s really nothing that sets this place apart from a regular $ 5 footlong sub at Subway(other than paying more than $ 5 for a regular 6″ sub). I tried their chipotle steak sub twice, and just recently had their buffalo chicken, on bread though. I can’t really say that I’m all that impressed. The chipotle steak lacked quality flavor. I’ve had better at other places, which I won’t mention their name. The buffalo chicken sub was just the same as the chipotle. Tasted like the chicken was undercooked or something. Again, I’ve also had better in other places. I would recommend this place sticks to cold subs, at least. They don’t offer a varierty of additions to your subs, like the biggest sub food-chain that we know. All in all, I think it’s too pricey for the size of the sub, and for the quality of the taste. Yeah, the ham, cheese and all those other things may be «fresh», yet charging around $ 8 for that? Don’t think so… Sorry, but this place just isn’t for me.

I visited this location for the first time tonight. Staff was very friendly and our food was AMAZING! Because it was our first time at a Jersey Mikes, the manager gave us free cookies! We will definitely be back again! :)

Delicious!!! Love the subs here, especially the club sub #8. Turkey, ham, bacon, provolone, mayo, and Mikes Way. I usually don’t like wheat bread, but it’s really good here. Great place for lunch, and for something simple and filling. I get the regular with chips and a drink and I’m golden. Every time I go here they give a generous amount of meat, and toppings. I prefer this place over other sandwich franchises.

The sandwich makers couldn’t even look me in the eye. Zero personality, it’s not that hard to look up and say hello. They told us someone was in the bathroom so we couldn’t use it while we were there eating. The sandwiches had very little meat. I hate when you pay more for the better quality sandwich and they jip you on the meat and toppings. Won’t be coming back to this one!

Ordered a sandwich there tonight using their app. When I got there the employee was totally unaware that Jersey Mike’s had an app and that people order and pay for food that way. The sandwich was tip Mitch, but the employee training left a lot to be desired.

The customer service is great at this new location. I went when it wasn’t so busy so they took extra time with my sandwich. I had a coupon so I ended up paying only $ 3 bucks for my meal. Yay! For coupons. Keep em coming.

Another location, this one pretty busy during the lunch rush of office workers in the surrounding areas I found staff to be a bit friendlier at this location(but it is almost brand spanking new). I got my fave #13 Original Italian, Mike’s Way and this time I tried the wheat bread. Hmm, I was not a big fan of the wheat and will probably go back to white. I joined the Jersey Mike’s Club and I got a card, now I just need to load the app in my phone for convenience. See below for how it works, courtesy of their website. *4 points for every MINI size sub purchased *6 points for every REGULAR, Wrap or Sub-in-a-Tub *12 points for every GIANT When you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem: *48 points for a FREEMINI *72 points for a FREEREGULAR, Wrap or Sub-in-a-Tub *144 points for a FREEGIANT So it pays in food to eat there. I am a Jersey Mike’s Subs girl!
