I have had a bad experience at first with this store and I have left a bad review here but I decided edit my review with good one bcuz apparently there was communication problem which Ace Hardware store couldn’t reach me from my number I left to them. But at last Stacy(the manager) managed to reach me anyway from my e-mail explaining the situation with a super kind, sincere manner which I really like it. She is really considering and helpful person that I ever seen on Unilocal to fix their problem. Thank you Stacy

I purchased key copies here. The guys are nice and they easily direct you. Colored keys for $ 3 each. I was pleased. Quick and Easy.

The second I walked in the door, Henry helped me out. He seemed knowledgeable and he knew exactly where all of my strange requests were located.

This hardware store needs some help. The parking lot is very small and very hard to park. The store is very cluttered with mainly only one register open. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the staff that helped me today was very friendly.

Went in to get some CLR, and ended up buying a new BBQ from Spence. Super helpful and friendly. For $ 20, he will deliver and install the BBQ, great service!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. They have always been friendly and helpful… Although I’ve noticed the past year they literally are WaiTinG to greet and help you… It’s nice :)

USEDTO be a nice friendly well-thought-out shop. Out of several visits over the course of a year, the LAST one was remembered for being unpleasant. They had a gangster chick with dyed hair lurking me through the aisles and whispering to her coworkers after I informed her they could get fined for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act for taking the restrooms away from their customers, This is the ONLY Ace I’ve shopped at that doesn’t seem to care about their customers who may have medical needs. Layout was confusing once I really had to navigate it; zip ties were nowhere near bungee cords nor electrical connectors where they’re typically found Tubing and hose was all WYSIWYG certain lengths not to be cut by the foot, so you could end up stuck with 49′ of extra line you’ll never need BOO on this Ace
