This review is for Will(William) and Jason I was in here last night to trade in my Wii U and a lot of Xbox 360 games with a couple of Wii games. I was greatly impressed with how friendly and knowledgable staff is here. I went to a different GameStop and 3 employees were not able to connect my Wii U to their TV. It only took one employee Jason here to connect it to show on the TV. I was very satisfied. Will was helping me with my trade In games and made the process as simple and quick as possible. Answered every question I had and had a couple of good laughs. It was more of a getting to know your customer and making sure they were satisfied by the end of the day. I will be taking my brother here for now on. If you ever have any questions about anything just ask for Jason or Will as they are glad to help any customer in need of assistance.

Shitstop should be its real name. So a ways back my rewards card was used to make a gift card by none other then one of the employees there. Had to go through this big ordeal to get my store credit back on my card. I understand if I were to have lost it and some random person used my card, but for am employee to write down the numbers and redeem them for herself is plain bullshit. Recently because its a shitstop exlusive I had to pre order Shulk there. I called to see the final release date a couple of weeks before it came out and I was told the 20th of February. I walked in to pay off the balance on the 19th to find out it was released a week earlier and my amiibo was sold to someone else. Kind of fishy on the date. Im sure one of the employees let the 48 hour hold expire and bought it for themselves. Dont buy from this playlce in any of its forms oline or brick and mortar.

This Gamestop is probably one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. I am literally writing this review as I wait in this non-moving line. I feel as though snails would crawl faster any of this. There’s not even an event going on or anything. I guess this is why it’s called Game«Stop».

Always go to other stores to buy my games but this time I made an exception so I pre ordered a game halo edition which didn’t come in with the code so I came back and the associate Will helped me out, not only did he give me exceptional customer service but he also gave me advice on future games which I really liked. Will was professional and helpful, I’ll be coming here for all my future purchases.

I come hear always when I’m looking for a game, it’s my go to spot! Today I hate to say that I received horrible service from one guy here today! I’ll be back but today was not good.

This store doesn’t open on time. Pretty annoying when you’re waiting outside. Ada is not only rude, but unhelpful.

Been here a few times to pre-order some games. Staff was friendly and super helpful on how pre-order works, and how I can get what I need. It is a little hidden behind Denny’s like Ivan R. said, and it is weird that its address is on 17th street, but is pretty easy to find regardless.

I am amazed that the address is actually 17th St. This Gamestop is off Grand and Seventeenth and would actually appear to be on Grand(it is behind Dennys and directly across from the Target). This Gamestop has been here for years, but oddly always looks like they’re still moving in… although the Wii stuff is with the Wii stuff and the Xbox 360 stuff is with the Xbox 360 stuff, this place is a mess and always looks unorganized. The employees always appear flustered, running in or out of the backroom like they are trying to look like they are doing something, however I found it difficult to get help here…
