Denny’s

I felt the facilities here aren’t all that clean, when I dropped my phone on the floor and picked it up, it looked disguising. I ordered chicken strips and it seemed to have ranch sauce already on it, hopefully just from someone spilling it even though my strips did not come with ranch…
Overall not the best place to go normally, but it is one of the few places that are open late at night, so that’s the only reason why I could see myself visiting this place again.

We literally just left the place, 5 of us sitting at a table 2 servers and neither of them coming over to serve us. Like okay. 20 minutes waiting and they didn’t even come over like if we were invisible. Assholes so we came to IHOP

Seems like there is always only one server on duty at any given time. So be prepared to wait at least a half an hour.

Every single empty table is filled with dirty dishes and trash. and they’ve been that was since I walked in half an hour ago! Not 1 thing has been picked since I came in. There was a wait because they had to find a table not filled with crap. Feels like I’m surrounded by trash and it’s grossing me out. Boooo #fail

Normally like Denny’s but I do have to say that this is one is lacking in service, food prep, and tables lacking condiments.
We found hair in two different dishes. One hair maybe I can excuse but hair in two diff dishes is gross and unacceptable. I told the waitress that whoever is preparing the food is shedding. She seemed indifferent and it took 15 mins to replace one dish and 10 mins for another.
We had to pull ketchup and jelly from another table. The fries on one dish was cold. And there was no Coca Cola.
Waitress sour look on her face and was not apologetic.
I lost my appetite.

Went there tonight with 4 other girls and were sat right away but then no one came to take a drink order for over 15 minutes so we left. horrible service. Waste of time

One of the worst establishments I have ever been to. We waited 40 minutes to be seated (very minimal seating and waiting area) and 30 minutes to have our order taken. This was the point in which we left. The waiters were faster at clearing our table of menus instead of actually taking our order.

Worst Denny’s ever. Spent more money and go to IHOP or drive a little further for better service. We are currently sitting here we waited 20mins! I get up and tell the host that we’ve been waiting for that long to get the server to even come to our table! She goes and asks who’s our server. We still wait 5mins for someone to come take our order. We see a server pass by so my fiancé stops her and tells her we’re ready to order. She then takes our order and I ask her what took so dam long! I asked her if she was our server. She says no but she will take our order. She is serving the table behind us so of course she is our server. So dam ridiculous to have to wait almost 30mins to get our order in!!! I would never come here again. We usually go to the one on chapman and I regret coming to this one. The one on chapman is bigger yet we never have to wait more than 10mins to order our food. This place is so small not to be able to see us or to miss someone’s order. You don’t even deserve a star!!! Get yourself new servers and a better manager!!!

Place was empty and took server about 15 minutes to finally take our drink orders. Another 10 minutes for her to come back and bring them… this slow and hardly any customers. No silverware was given to us too.

All I can say is disgusting I came here for lunch today I found 2 hairs in my food and my dad found 1 in his sandwhich!

An example of very bad service is here at this Denny’s, it sucks because it’s just across the street from my college. First of all, somehow it took them forever to sit is down, where there are available seating everywhere. Then when our food came out, My friend’s food came out cold and my steak was over-​cooked, dry and flavorless, when what I wanted was the very opposite of that, medium-​rare. What’s up with that sad looking zucchini side, is even counted as a side? Guess who’ll never come back here again?

Horrible service. Called in a togo order. They said it will be ready in 10 min. I took about 20 min to get there and guess what? My order isn’t ready. In fact I don’t think they even placed my order in the first place. What’s the point of calling in a takeout and still have to wait another 15 – 20 min when I arrive?

When i asked for a server they came to serve next table that had just gotten there very bad service don’t go there.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks! They always take long taking orders and bringing the food to the table. Today I went and there were several things wrong that I had to get up and walk out. One, my plate was dirty and had blueberry stains on it. Two, I ordered egg whites and you could definitely see and taste the yolk. Three, the seasonal fruit was bitter and not sweet at all. Lastly, we ordered chicken tenders and they were small and extra crispy (burnt). I go to Denny’s a lot and I know I will never come back to this one! Every other dennys they make sure to put the customer first and give the best food possible and this place fails miserably in doing so. When exiting we told them our issues and one of the hostesses completely ignored and didn’t acknowledge our complaints. They may have remodeled the place but they need to upgrade on their employees as well.

Came in Saturday night at 9pm and our waitress was very friendly, our food was really good and looked fresh made the manager looks well organized and on top of things over all it was an awsome experience!

Came on a Monday night. Waiter had good attitude throughout however to start he forgot to bring us a Kid’s menu even after we requested for one, we overlooked this. Being 9 months pregnant I Decided to treat myself to a Strawberry Milkshake, it was was below average, in fact it’s probably the worst I’ve ever had, very bland, soft and liquidy, it left a feeling of wanting well, a real strawberry shake. Craving fulfillment Failed. The thing that really irritated me besides the lack of taste was that the cup wasn’t full & he didn’t bring out the rest of the shake usually in a silver mixing cup however I noticed he brought it out to another customer at another table, feeling a bit jipped.
We ordered the smothered fries, they were ok, should have gone with the nachos instead. The Steak Cobb salad was really good, never thought of putting potato chips in a salad, waiter forgot to bring, actually didn’t even ask what dressing I wanted. The burger we got with onion rings came out with seasoned fries to which waiter remembered we wanted onion rings and quickly brought out an order.
Lastly the bathrooms were very stinky and there were poop stains on the seat that needed to be wiped prior to using.
If I could give no stars I would.

Only reason i gave a star is due to my waitress being a doll. How the f#$! Does this place’s kitchen bring out food for one person (all american slam) 7 mins after a family of 4 who sat and ordered 10 mins after me and got their breakfast before me? My baffled on how they operate. The waitress saw me still sitting foodless and went over to the kitchen coming back with my food. F-​ing idiots here i swear. Maybe it’s because im not like the many who dine here… racially profiled? Horrible horrible. Only apologies came from my server. No manager and it isnt busy. 8 tables out of 20… and they f’d up my order.

Look, I know it’s my own fault for coming on a Saturday at 11:20, if you know Denny’s, you know not to do that…
And I know it’s a diner not a fancy cloth napkin type place, but I still expect decent service if I’m paying $ 10 for a sandwich.
The food was fine, typical Denny’s quality food, so as long as you know what you’re doing here, you won’t be disappointed.
They just remodeled so it’s really nice.
During the week when we come service is fine. But this particular Saturday was even worse than I had prepared myself for.
Our server was over sat, she was in the weeds the entire time we were here. And they kept seating her section. I’m pretty sure some of the other tables were ready to revolt. One dude started clinking his silverware until she showed up.
When we were seated, it took 15 min for our server to come to our table, she apologized for the wait, we ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 side salads and drinks. Drinks came out in normal wait time, food took only a little longer than expected, but it was our sandwiches first, when we asked about the salads she didn’t remember the dressings. So we waited. When she brought the salads she realized we didn’t have table settings. She was really careful about not coming back into the dining room without food, so we had to wait again. She did, however, manage to bring the check in a timely fashion.
When we paid I told the host that they really need to work on their timing because our server was never able to catch up, she said that she thinks she’s new. That doesn’t matter! As the host you should have the wherewithal to not seat her section if she can’t keep up!
They needed at least one more server. I’m pretty sure the manager was helping in the kitchen, but they needed at least one more server if not 2. Between 8 and 1 on Saturdays and Sundays they need to be fully staffed, 6 tables to a section max.

I ate here yesterday with some friends. Food and service were fine. Breakfast is always good!
Anyway, the main reason for a five star review is this… I inadvertently left my debit card at the register and did not even realize it until today??? Wow!
I went back to the Denny’s and to my amazement, it was still there!!! No damage done! Thank you, Hugo (mgr)! It’s refreshing to see that there are still honest good people in this world!

Three stars for the food& the waiter. BUT SERIOUSLY, This place needs more than just a renovation, it needs more staff! It’s ridiculously understaffed it takes 45 minutes to bring out a simple sand which. What the hell? We were about to walk out and leave, it’s stupid.
Negative 5 stars for the almost an hour wait!
