Does not give the same deals displayed on windows and all other Carl’s. Very rude they feel they can scam customers, like we cannot go to other Carl’s and see that they honor the posted deals on the windows.

Carl’s Jr? more like Mustard Hole. Whoever runs this little operation closes its doors to the public and refuses service to those willing to pay MONEY for SERVICES! this «restaurant» is a disgrace to all fast food industries and I will be walking my husky large behind a mile down to Costco for some real service. TLDR; Monkey Balls, DONT spend money here !

It took 13 to 15 minutes just to get a salad. The facility is not very busy at all two people were inside the restaurant. It was clean. No smiles no friendly faces know please thank you or anything. I thought they went to the store to go get the salad because maybe they were out of lettuce. Horrible service will not be back here.

I just got to work after picking up breakfast from this location. I asked for the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit combo. The man taking the order asked twice if I wanted sausage which was confirmed. We still got the bacon biscuit. Get your mess together so I can come here again. Please.

I ordered a combo in the drive through and I got 15 pieces of fries and a few sweet potato fries mixed in when I clearly did not order any. The burger tasted bland and I did not know what the lady was saying half the time. She was too busy making jokes with her friends in the back.

They charge $ 1.00 just to pay with your debit card! What the H?! When I asked the cashier why the fee was so high she just gave me a blank look. No idea why they think making you pay a dollar for the convenience of using your ow debit card is cool, when I’ve never seen this at any other fast food chain. Not exactly customer friendly.
On the plus side, the service was nice and the food was pretty good.

Came here one day after school. Best meal I’ve ever had at a fast food place. The service was efficient and quick and the staff is very nice. Got my food and ate there. Very clean and calm atmosphere.

The girl taking our order was nice and had a good voice. We ordered a couple Big Burgers.
We got the food and it was fine no big surprise. You kind of know what your going to get at a Carl’s Jr right? Except for the one in Costa Mesa read my review of that place yikes.
So at this Carl’s Jr I had a good experience so I would go back if need be. May be even walk in.

The staff is extremely friendly, the management treats their people well. The place is always clean and the food is always good. I’d give it 5 stars, except that there is no play area for the kids, and, because of the motel and bus stop near by, there will often be homeless people or prostitutes hanging out… I don’t know if there is much they can do about that. Oh, it can get pretty busy here between 11:30 & 1:30, and sometimes they are just a little understaffed in the mornings.
I always ask for the fries or hash browns well done.

One of the best Carl’s Jr joints I’ve been to. Friendly service and they also bring your meal to you if you choose to dine-​in. They know how to punch in the coupons for a family of four in the same transaction. I’ve only had one experience that was negative, but it has been overall positive so I’ll keep coming back.

This Carl’s Jr. location can get pretty busy due to it’s location on Harbor Blvd. They’re fairly quick with their service and of course the food tastes the same as any other Carl’s Jr. location. To be perfectly honest, i’ve never considered Carl’s Jr. as one of my top burger places. I always prefer In-​N-​Out or Jack in the Box or even McDonalds.
I will say this though. With the In-​N-​Out burger being the best fast food burger out there, the only other fast food burger I would consider on that same level is the Big Carl. It is incredibly large, tasteful, juicy, and satisfying. At the very least, give the Big Carl a try and see for yourself.

I have had mixed experiences here. But for the most part service and food has been great. No complaints worth noting.
Side note I have been here about a dozen times to order 8 – 15 meals at a time to go, they always get right on it and dont keep me waiting long, and management is sure to get involved when orders like this come in. Great job management!

I ordered a Turkey Burger (Only Special Sauce) & Small Fries for $ 4.58.
Carl’s Jr. does its best to grill this piece of rubber that is called a Turkey Burger. The word Turkey should get more respect from them. At least make a sandwich with real Turkey and add some Bacon and Mayo.
The delicious Natural Cut Fries gives this meal the two stars. They tasted great.
Very good Drive Thru that is equipped with a Digital Order Screen.

All food is cooked to order here so there are no excuses for a bad meal. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger to go and had to wait 5 minutes due to the fact that the drive-​thru was crazy busy. Not a big deal.
