They are a «special franchise», which to them means they don’t have to do what other McDonald’s do… Like charge the same for the same items. Also whenever they don’t feel like making something, the standard for this location«the machine is not working» is replied, and that seems to happen a whole lot. Also, they seemingly prefer to hire«Alternative Lifestyle» employees — it must be their«thing», since there are way more here than in the average population…

At 5:30 Am, you should know if I order breakfast I am going to need a fork and knife. You didn’t put anything in the bag except napkins. No butter, no syrup, no salt or pepper, no ketchup like i asked, no jelly, no nothing. I had to fashion a scoop out of the plastic lid to eat my breakfast. My question is why? why? why?

Normally, I have had great experiences here. However, this has been my worse. I have requested fries with no salt and no pickles in my Big Mac on a real slow Sunday. Not only did the meal take them 10 minutes to bring out, there are pickles in my burger and I am allergic. There’s literally only 1 other family in the lobby… How did they get it wrong?

JUSTSTAYOUTOFHERE, First off walked in around 9pm to buy a Oreo shake and to check which minions they have and let’s just start first that this place is dirty trash cans were full to the max and trash on the floors c’mon there’s no customers at all except some mother and her kids then a guy seating all the way in the corner so there’s plenty time for the employees to clean, 2nd as I approach the counter the girl preparing the food saw me standing and did nothing until literally near to 8mins she finally called someone so to the view at the«kitchen» that everyone that goes and order can see everything that happens there so there’s another trash can full and again trash on the floor so the same girl in the kitchen has gloves and preparing chicken nuggets and other meals so she dares to pick the trash with same gloves and then put it in the overfilled trash can and yet she dares to open the oven or what ever it is were they cook the chicken nuggets and touch them with her dirty gloves and then grabbed some tweezers to pick food and place them in the box for a to go order and let’s not say the lady that took my order had no smile and looked very unhappy

They are literally incapable of substituting the regular egg for egg whites on a «Sausage McMuffin w Eggs». I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve asked them to change ONLY the egg part and nope never happens… They insist on also changing either the cheese or meat to something random! Knowing what it takes to get them to do it right will forever remain an unsolved mystery for me.

So angry! Woke up at 5am to be on the road to Arizona I bought breakfast for my 2 lil girls and wife. Simple order sausage Mcgriddle 2 «sausage biscuits»!! And a sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle with 4 hash browns and a sweet tea. Instead we are missing a damn hash brown and thye gave us all mcgriddles so it was more money and we don’t have time to go back and wait for them to correct it. Good looking out mcDonalds! Now I have two picky lil girls who don’t like their stupid sandwich. More money to spend on food somewhere else on this 5hr trip to Phoenix. And we won’t be stopping at any mcDonalds on the way out or back.

This place has the worst customer service, quality control, and the most clueless employees(not all, just 3 girl specifically) ever! I warn you, do not ever leave this location without fully checking your order and tasting your drinks. Every time I go to this location by default, something is either wrong or missing. The worst part is when you mention to them something is missing or tastes wrong, they look at you like you made the mistake and/or give you the most clueless look you’ve ever seen. This place needs to revamp their crew, do deeper training and quality control. We, as customers go to you, McDonalds, to start our day or complete our day on a good note, why not do a good job at it?! Heavens forbid it’s a fast food place, but come onnnn take pride and care about what you do instead of giving us wrong orders and grumpy faces!

This location consistently gets orders WRONG! I have also made sure that the order is placed correctly but evey time it’s wrong. I began looking into the bag to make sure I have the right quantities but even that isn’t enough. Do not come here unless you take the time to take the items out of the bag and unwrap them to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t, you’re rolling the dice.

Okay I understand we ordered $ 23 worth of food and the receipt was pretty long, but seriously the wait was ridiculously long for a McDonald’s, considering this place was dead empty during the time we came in. There was only one other person sitting down and two other guys eating together in a huge restaurant. So much for fast food. Sure, they warned us about the ten-minute wait for the apple pie, assuming everything else will be ready before then. But really we waited more than 20 minutes for everything to come. Stupid. How much worse would it have been if this place actually had a lot of customers? To add to that, the caramel mocha I ordered HOT, came out iced. I was already too pissed and hungry to wait even longer. In conclusion, SERVICESUCKS.
