The quality is good, but the prices are high and if there is a problem Brad will not fix it without a huge hassle. I will pay a premium for premium work and service, but the fact that Brad charges a premium and does not quickly fix small problems forces me to recommend not using his services, and be aware that Brad himself will not actually do any work and is unlikely to even show up to the job site after the bid, but his workers are nice enough.

Brad Patrick, Inc. was recommend through my bathroom remodeling company. They did such a great job with the drywall needed after the remodeling that I contracted with him to remove the popcorn ceiling throughout my condo, retexturing and then painting the ceilings. Everything was outstanding from the actual work done to the clean-up. The crew was on the ball and the job completed on time as promised. I would definitely recommend this company.
